Welcome to our home in East Columbus! This spacious rental features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The cozy living room, complete with a sofa bed, is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Our fully equipped eat-in kitchen and fenced-in backyard provide a great space for children and pets to play. We aim to create a true home-away-from-home experience! The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a kitchen and a dining area. There is a nearby door going to the carport and laundry room. Next to the kitchen, there is another living space with a decorative fireplace and a screened-in porch, and a patio. Walk to the left from the kitchen, there is a hallway leading to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a quiet residential area in East Columbus. With easy access on major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. We are less than 15 minutes from Fort Moore and Downtown.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
