Our spacious Condo unit is situated in the heart of Colombo. Fully furnished and it has 2 large bedrooms on 8th floor. It is conveniently located near Galle Road, Wellawatta Colombo 6. Easily accessible within minutes of walking to public transportation, major shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas and is near the beach. Protected by gated 24 hour security along with garage parking. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
The space
Both the Bedrooms are available including common spaces for 4 guests max. Master Bedroom comes with attached bath. Guest Bedroom has a shared Bathroom. Kitchen has all basic essentials including GAS cooking. We will be happy provide anything the guests needs to make their stay more comfortable.
Guest access
Guests self-check in at the security gate by showing their passports/photo IDs to obtain keys from security personnel.
Other things to note
We will provide free WIFI internet upto 30GB per week. Additional data is RS 699 per 30 GB. HighSpeed Internet packages (up to 8MBPS) available for purchase upon request.

Electricity usage is charged at RS 100 per unit and will be payable before checkout. Primary factor affecting the electricity usage will be Air Conditioning. Please take photos of meter readings at check in and prior to checkout.

Additional cleaning services are available upon request by the guests during their stay.

For guest's and resident's safety and comfort no unauthorized use of the premises including but not limited to parties, events, pets, sublets, extra guests, smoking, vaping, drugs or other illegal activities. Premises monitored by security and building staff 24 hours a day and suspicious or unauthorized activity by guests may result in eviction from the property.
