The Alexander apartment building used to be a large office block for Canberra public servants. A few years ago they were derelict but have now been brought back to life and turned into beautiful warehouse style apartments! Expect exposed concrete, brick, and high ceilings. This is truly a unique find in Canberra. There is also a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities available, shared with others in the building.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and Nespresso machine.

There is aso heating and cooling. The TV is a Smart TV, so you can access your personal streaming accounts.

The Woden bus interchange is a short 5 minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Canberra. Westfield Woden is also next door. The unit has one secure car park so you can easily arrive by car. There is unrestricted street parking around the area on week nights and weekends. Driving around Canberra is easy to do and there`s hardly ever lots of traffic on the roads. The apartment itself is wheelchair friendly, with ramp access in and out of the building, and lift access from the ground level to the apartment.
