Luxury Family Beach House with heated Pool

Welcome to Malibu, where relaxation, privacy and luxury meet. This hidden away resort style home provides everything you need to make for a perfect family escape. With a 10 minute stroll to the beach, come home to take a refreshing dip in the heated, salt water pool. Relax in the beautifully appointed outdoor living area, boasting a sunken hand crafted timber lounge, smart TV and limestone fire place. Kids will also be delighted with their very own custom build bunk room and retreat area. We are pet friendly too!

The space
This open plan living, 4 bedroom home including a kids bunk room and detached teenage retreat/sleep out and home office, offers 2 living areas, 3 bathrooms, a massive kitchen and dining area with a Butlers pantry. The home has ducted air conditioning and heating through out, 5 smart TV's 2 fire places and an all year round heated salt water swimming pool. All beds have 1000 thread count Egyptian sheets for that special touch. All TV's have Netflix, Stan and Kayo.

Now you have been given the brief overview of what Malibu offers, let me take you on the tour...

Walk through the open hallway and racked ceilings to the bedrooms off both sides.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, smart TV, plantation shutters, ensuite with a double shower, heated towel rail and massive walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air. This is a truly special space for those lucky enough to sleep in it.

Bed 2: King size bed, plantation shutters, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air.

Bed 3: 2 x King single beds, plantation shutters, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air.

Bed 4: Kids custom built bunk room. 2 x King single beds at the bottom and 2 x single beds on top. Smart TV, Nintendo (games provided or feel free to bring your own). There are books, board games and ducted air too. Kids will just love their own special chill space.

There is another bathroom with a massive bath, double shower, heated floor and heated towel rail.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area has loads of warm timber and every luxury along with raked ceilings and loads of natural light.

The lounge room has a combustion fire place, smart TV and ducted air of course. It's perfect for Summer and Winter and is a warm and inviting space to relax.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of bench space which boasts custom concrete counter tops. This space will delight entertainers and foodies a like, with a double oven, 900 gas cooktop, integrated fridge and a seperate wine fridge. The connecting Butler's pantry has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and other essential appliances, not to mention a second sink. We provide coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato, BBQ sauce, foil and glad wrap. The double bifold windows open up to the adjoining outdoor living and entertainment area.


Walk out through the massive sliding doors to a truly uniquely designed outdoor space and second living area. It overlooks the salt water pool that is heated all year. Relax on the custom built recycled hardwood sunken lounge watching TV and basking in the warmth of the outdoor limestone fire place. The outdoor living roll down blinds will provide warmth in Winter and coolness in Summer. There is an outdoor setting for entertaining and a built in 6 burner gas BBQ, sink and bar fridge. Please note that at the end of Summer we will also be installing ceiling mounted gas heaters for instant warmth and comfort.

Wait, there's still more to this unique outdoor area....

The adjoining teenage retreat/office space comes with a custom built recycled timber desk, split system air conditioning and heating and a leather couch that converts to a double bed. There is a Smart TV and connecting bathroom that also opens up to the pool area.

The entire outdoor living, pool area, retreat and bathroom are all flanked by French patterned travertine.

Once you enter into the space of Malibu you will feel like you're a world away. It's your own private oasis and we hope that you love it as much as we do!

Guest access
There is a garage to the rear of the property that guests will not even know is there and will not have access to as this is our private storage area. Other than that, the entire house is available for the use of guests. Guests are to park on the double driveway and out the front of the property.

Other things to note
Please make sure that the rolled wood next to the outdoor fire place is not used under any circumstances. It is show wood only.

Complementary fire wood is supplied to every guest. Please make sure that you adhere to any government or RFS fire restrictions or warnings before lighting the fireplaces. In the cooler months, we are happy to light the fire for any guest that would like to be welcomed to a warm home or inviting fireplace in the back entertaining area.
