ABOUT THE HOME
Welcome to Snowberry 20. This beautifully renovated and modern three-bedroom townhome located on the Blackcomb Benchlands offers a modern, stylish and comfortable stay. Located in a fantastic, secluded location (close to Lost Lake and the ski slopes) which allows it to be the perfect place to enjoy your alpine getaway with family and friends.
Head up the stairs to discover the open and alluring living space with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, and dining room, designed with entertaining in mind. The living room features a stunning floor to ceiling feature wall with a built-in TV and electric fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting living space. The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts new stylish countertops and backsplash, as well as high end appliances. On this floor, you'll also find the first of three bedrooms, a generously sized room with a King bed that includes a bright and spacious ensuite bathroom. The top floor of the townhome hosts two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is well-appointed, featuring a TV mounted on the wall for entertainment and King bed. The second bedroom is a large room, equipped with a queen bed and a creatively designed bunk bed built above. The bathroom on the top floor is large, modern and bright offering both a bathtub and walk in shower. This town home also features in-suite washer/dryer, secure underground parking with bike storage, thus providing all key amenities for your trip!
COMPLEX: SNOWBERRY
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, and only a short walk or free shuttle ride from the lifts and the Village, close to all the amenities and shops in the upper village, the Snowberry complex offers an idyllic and secluded setting for your Whistler getaway. Snowberry is nestled in the Benchlands close to the beautiful Lost Lake, which is a must-see during your Whistler trip. The complex has underground parking with assigned parking spaces for your stay.
LOCATION: BENCHLANDS
Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home only has one portable air conditioning unit. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The seventh adult pays C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75 (plus tax) will be charged.
