ENTERTAINER'S DREAM: Main kitchen servery window opens to the large covered deck with BBQ, dining table, outdoor lounge, table tennis, foosball table, fire pit & more. House also includes second lounge and kitchenette.

The house has 4 large bedrooms with BIRs, one study with a sofa bed. Also 2 kitchens and 2 lounges, and 2 home office areas if your group needs separate spaces.

Fully fenced, secure parking for multiple cars (boats, caravan, jet ski etc).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Accidents happen, if you break or damage something, in agreeing to this rental booking, you agree to replace or repair. Please let us know.
Please let us know if things are running low so we can order: BBQ gas, Soda Stream gas etc.
If you use the BBQ you must clean it properly, including the BBQ equipment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee being charged.

Very lovely home with plenty of room for everyone. Family easter break gathering was enjoyed by everyone. Portarlington is a pretty location. Is great for relaxing and has lots to see & do.

Fun time away!

8 of us headed down to this location over the end of june and it was great! Fit all of us very comfortably, and we enjoyed the time away! We had a small issue with some of the cleanliness, mainly the coffee machine being full of mould. We bought this to the host's attention and they were on it immediately which was lovely! Overall would reconmend!

We are relaxed, down to earth folks who are all about the good times and love adventure, water sports, snow sports, food and wine. We love the Bellarine. We caught the ferry over one day, visited a few wineries, swam with the seals, then brought back some friends a month later. Years later, our dream has become a reality and we are earnest and passionate in bringing more people to this beautiful part of the world to share in what we come to love. We love our place; its homely, not pretentious or precious, its about having everyone around to enjoy the good times, fun activities and its about being easy - easy to get to, so central to get around and everything you need inside to have a great holiday.

Why they chose this property

We love Portarlington and the Bellarine for so many reasons;
- its close enough to Melbourne, (1.5 hrs) but still feels like a country holiday
- Portarlington's ferry makes it so convenient to get here from the Melbourne CBD. One hour, and with a cafe onboard, its like going on a cruise!
- the wineries, breweries, food, restaurants, seafood, distilleries are some of the best in the world and definitely in VIC
- walking distance from the beach, fishing, watersports, sea life
- exciting activities; a theme park, miniature railway, museums, art galleries, mini golf, golf courses
The Bellarine feels like a hidden gem!

What makes this property unique

Its huge! We are walking distance from all the shops, the ferry, the beach, the foreshore, the pub - you won't need the car. The public bus stop to wineries is out the front of our house too, so no need to book a wine tour if you want to visit any on the main route. Although there are some great tour services available if you want to venture out further.

Our house is homely, its functional, and we've set it up for families and groups to have a fun time, so there's no super precious items you have to tip toe around; kick back, have fun and relax. We've got an outdoor deck to die for with an undercover bbq, serving window, lounge, dining table, foosball table, table tennis all overlooking a fire pit and garden. There's grass for the children to play, a long concrete driveway, and we've included a paddle pool, backyard cricket set, Kubb, snorkelling gear and more to help make your trip memorable and fun.
