Fully equipped for entertaining and just minutes from the local train stop, this place really has it all!

Enter via the ground floor living area that incorporates a comfortable sitting room, centrally located slow combustion wood fire, fully equipped galley kitchen and dining for 6. Theres a cosy rear courtyard with separate outdoor dining table, gas bbq and refreshing outdoor shower. The bathroom and laundry are convenietly located off the kitchen. Head upstairs to find the open plan master bed suite with a separate lounge and smart TV. There is a small sofa bed located in lounge area suitable for a child.

Super experience !!!

We came to live in Perth for 2 months and the house was one of the best part of our experience there ! Beautify furnished and decorated, great space indoors and outdoors and super close to the beach. We had a blast :))
