Thank you for your feedback and for keeping the house clean. The property amenities do not include a washer and dryer, so you were aware of this when you booked, regardless of the length of your stay. The rental agreement, which you were asked to read before checking in, clearly states that guests must bring their own firewood. Despite this, you used almost 70% of my stored firewood, intended for winter, without asking for permission. I'm thinking as to how you justify renting a house for around $240 per night while using firewood valued at more than $200 per night!

I have high-speed Wi-Fi with a booster, which has always worked well for myself and my guests, including those who work remotely and attend meetings without any interruptions. You requested the internet password on the second or third day of your stay, which was a bit surprising, as you are the first guest to ask for it. The password is clearly written on the three different routers located around the house. Regarding the firewood, I do have a large stack, but as stated in the house rules, it is not for guest use. Although you texted you used some regardless of house rules, and I asked that it be replaced, I noticed it wasn’t. I will need to charge you for that. There are two large garbage cans visible from the window in front of the gazebo for your use, and a compost pile at the back for organic waste, which is noted on a sign in the kitchen. I’m not sure why you didn’t use these, but I would have been happy to help if you had asked. As for the air conditioning, I did clarify that the property does not have AC when you inquired. Regarding communication, I felt there was an unusual amount of communication, including several texts each day, starting a couple of weeks before traveling which made the experience somewhat challenging.
