Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to do your home cooking, from pots and pans to serving dishes. Complete with coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, and air fryer. Three very comfortable bedrooms complete with hotel-quality mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Full bathtub/shower and all towels including soap, shampoo, and blowdryer. Wifi, prime TV, Netflix, and Disney + are all included. Fully fenced backyard and plenty of onsite parking

We were only there until Nov. 30th as our booking ended then. The home was well equipped to meet the needs of the guests. I would change the front step arrangement to make it safer, otherwise we were most comfortable.

Alison’s house is well kept, well stocked and in a great neighborhood which is very family friendly and safe. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and banks within walking distance. Malls and big box stores are within 2 miles. Alison is very communicative. There was construction by the city going on during our stay so the exterior was a bit dug up and messy but everything was good otherwise. Alison is very responsive.

Perfect vacation home

The check in, property and communication was pain free. The accommodations were clean and VERY well stocked. A quiet neighborhood, close to tourist sites and easy to locate. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to spend time in the Kingston area.

Quiet neighbourhood, comfy beds, older home with recent DIY Reno that needs some work, clean, amazing host, fresh cut flowers, property needs some TLC to improve first impression but great overall.

Nice place to stay during our Kingston getaway

We travelled with our 2 university kids between terms and everyone loved having their own room! Beds were great. Could use darker curtains in all the rooms (we like sleeping in). Kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. Smart TV with several streaming services was nice for in the evenings. All in all a nice place to stay.

Stay for Hockey Tournament

Nicely located 8 mins from Invista Centre, was perfect for our family of 5 to come and go to hockey games. Had everything we needed and more.

Great place to spend a week or 2 when visiting Kingston

We came with our two cats and all were happy. The house offered lots of area for our cats to roam and the owner supplied the rental with so many goodies that we needed nothing. The owner also replied immediately whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this rental when visiting Kingston for a week or more.

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location is well situated in Kingston. The apartment is bright and spacious. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs loved playing in the backyard! We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kingston!

Comfortable Apt in Lovely Walkable Neighborhood

This was our first time to Kingston, We loved the city and surrounding neighborhoods. This property is in a neighborhood with lots of families and dogs. There is a lovely paved path that goes through the neighborhood, with play areas along the way. The house is close to shopping and everything you might need with easy access to downtown. The house has been split into two units. There is a nice, large fenced yard, which we loved for our Golden, but there was no direct access from the apt; the door to the backyard is in the shared foyer. Our daughter has trouble with steps, but was able to navigate the step into the house and the 4 steps up to the apartment. We would definitely book again.

Quiet, Family Neighbourhood/Close to all Amenities

The home was very clean! It had everything you would need to settle in comfortably! The backyard was perfect for having your morning coffee or just sitting outside, enjoying the weather or having a BBQ and perfect for our dogs!! Loved that is was Pet Friendly

Kingston getaway

We enjoyed this property for the comfortable pet friendly inside and the nice backyard seating and grassy space. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of walking paths and we met some friendly neighbours. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

Quiet family neighborhood

The house was very comfortable and spacious. It had cute touches with flower napkins and toilet paper. It was in a good location to downtown Kingston and grocery stores. I would recommend staying here and I would rent it again.
