NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. If you want to smoke there is a balcony.
Please read below the following instructions so as to make your arrival and stay a smooth and memorable one.

You booked a Condo not a Hotel so please we ask you not to approach security/concierge as they are there to service the Condo owners and Tenants.The security/concierge in the lobby does not have any information regarding your reservation. If you need any assistance, please contact Cosmas at

Here are the instructions to get into the condo:

Make sure you at the right address: 80 Absolute Avenue. Mississauga

The condo door is open, and The keys to the condo are located inside the condo in the little flower beside the sofa (just pick the flower up🙃)

⁃ When you arrive at the condo building, walk up to the entrance and press buzzer code 6412.

⁃ Once the condo door opens, walk up to the elevator and press 32. Do not delay in walking to the elevator.

⁃ Once you get to the 32nd floor,The condo unit number is 3206.

⁃ Once in the condo, the condo keys will be in the little flower pot beside the sofa (just pick the flower up🙃)

- Now you have the key, this will be your means of entering the building. After 12 am, the buzzer won’t be accessed for you.

⁃ Once you get the keys, head back downstairs to your car. Use the fob/keys so you can get access to the parking lot

⁃ To get to the underground parking entrance, when you come out of the building, drive to the right you will see the entrance on the right.

⁃ Drive towards the parking entrance and gate will open, drive down the ramp and turn right.

⁃ To access the second garage door, press the fob #2 towards the infrared detector and the garage door will open.

⁃ Drive in, turn right. Look for parking spot #30 level p1 residence.

Please do not tailgate another car when entering the garage and let me know when you get back upstairs successfully and I will provide the internet information.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!

Do not take in beverages like coffee, red wine, liquor etc to the bedroom as this might damage the carpet if it pours.

NOISE !
BE AWARE THAT THE NEIGHBOURS HAVE NO TOLERANCE FOR NOISE SO KEEP THE NOISE DOWN AND NO LOUD MUSIC PAST 10:30 PM.

Also, be careful pulling the cotton blinds, they damage quickly if not handled carefully.

Lastly, “NO PARTIES ALLOWED”. You will be asked to leave the condo unit if this is the case without refund.
