Experience the true spirit of Eden in this Historic 100 year old Mill cottage.

Entering directly into a sitting room with TV & electric heater. Adjoining is the queen master bedroom. Down the hall is the second bedroom with triple bunk (double & single). At the end of the hall is the main bathroom with double shower & toilet. Continue through to dedicated dining space, adjoining is a spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities. Third bedroom includes two single bunk sets joining onto large formal lounge with modern recliners and gas heater. Sunroom off kitchen, fantastic for storing gear, opening to full size backyard with bay glimpses (secure 6 foot paling fence). Large bbq and outdoor shower.

Please be aware that this is an older property so there is wear and tear and the carpet is worn, however we have made every effort to setup for a clean, tidy and comfortable stay. Our family has always thoroughly enjoyed our holidays here, we hope you do too!

There is an extra deep freezer in the sun room, ideal for fishing enthusiasts or families wanting to store bulk food.

Note only bed linen is provided. Please bring towels etc required.

Additional rules
- Please leave all house doors locked and windows closed when you leave.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
- Extra persons staying may incur additional fees.
- No smoking inside.
- No excessive noise before 9am or after 10pm.
- Strictly no parties, events or gatherings, for booked guests use only. This is a quiet residential street with many permanent residents who are to be respected at all times.
- Pets allowed outdoors (strictly not indoors) however please note the property may contain vermin poison.
- Property allows a maximum of 10 vehicles.
- Excessive use of gas for heating or hot water; using more than one gas bottle per week, additional charges of $160 per 40kg bottle bottles will be applied.
- Ben linen including pillows and blankets are included. BYO all other items such as bath and hand towels etc.

Additional rules:
Cleaning:
- The cleaning fee includes a basic house clean and bed linen washing. If additional cleaning is required an excess service fee of $100 per hour will be applied.
- Please leave the house and yard as it was found.
- All kitchen ware must be cleaned and packed away neatly into the cupboards.
- Leave the dishwasher empty.
- All appliances used including the BBQ, oven, grill, microwave etc must be left clean.
- All food items must be removed from the cupboards, fridge and freezers.
- Empty any lint from the washing machine.
