Enter our brand new guest suite with lots of windows.
The quiet suite is located in the lower level of our home and you'll have a private entrance at the front of our beautiful new craftsman house.

The property is well lit and secure. Street parking available.
Full bathroom, full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer.

Walk Score 97, a walker's paradise!
We are steps away from transit, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, breweries, park, tennis courts, basketball court and playground.
Bike share across the street.
10 minute drive to Downtown. 15 minutes to the North Shore.
Blocks away from the PNE.
5 min drive or 20 min walk to Commercial Drive, one of the coolest streets in the world according to Time Out media.

The place was very nice and well kept. It was cozy overall. The only issue we faced was that the owner’s home was above ours and there was some noise from above. This wasn’t too bad of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay it was just quite noisy throughout the day.

Great place on short notice.

The host communicated well, worked with my family while we orchestrated a surprise trip for a family member, and all reports were that the place was pretty much perfect.

Weekend Stay

This property was ideally located for us to visit family in Vancouver. It was exceptionally clean & quiet. A short walk to all kinds of great restaurants & shops. Would highly recommend.

We rate this place overall five for sure a. The place was clean well kept had everything you could possibly need. We love being able to walk to restaurants and bakeries and to walk to see the scenery.

Perfect spot for our stay!

This place is super cute, clean, and just the right size for a 2 person stay. We were given some great recommendations for both casual and romantic restaurant options by the host. There is a great neighborhood market less than a 5min walk from the house. The location was a great home base, centrally located and easy to get to. I would stay here again without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home!We had an amazing week at this lovely home! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described, and Nicole was a fantastic host. Her prompt response and assistance with the door lock were much appreciated (it was probably just user error on our part, but she made sure everything was sorted!).The “apartment” was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just perfect for our first trip to Canada. The neighborhood was very walkable and absolutely loved The East Cafe around the corner for a morning cup of delicious coffee, wonderful cozy atmosphere and delightful service; we even dropped in to enjoy Thursday night open mic fostering an amazing community of musicians, while also raising money to serve the homeless.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Canada. The neighborhood was charming, and the house was the perfect home base. We truly had a wonderful time.

Great place, great location

The property is cozy and clean. I would also add that it is very well equipped. A lot of thought and effort went into making this a very comfortable place to stay for two people. Nicole is great host. She communicates and responds quickly.

Great Hosts and Excellent Location!

I visited Vancouver for a work conference downtown, and to attend an event at the PNE forum. The unit is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, as it was a short walk to PNE and an easy commute downtown, with plenty of breweries/restaurants nearby to try out. The Hosts were very friendly, communication was great, and checkin/out was easy. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, clean, great location

We spent a weekend in Vancouver and this was the perfect spot for a home base. The apartment is clean, quiet, and convenient, located just a ten minute drive from downtown and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nicole was responsive to any issues we had, which weren't many. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome

Great unit, very clean and well stocked. If you need a long stay this is perfect with the kitchen and laundry! Host checked in with us and very responsive to questions. Area has a park and good coffee shops and restaurants close by. Direct route to downtown and Surrey, we would stay again for sure! Thanks Nicole

Great location!

We were thrilled when arrived at property! Very clean n homey & air conditioning (broke heat records while there)… luved easy entry & instructions & especially luved 3 ply TP & luxurious towels.. I’m buying some of both now that we are home from cruise! Thanks!!

Stay here!

Do yourself a favor and book this place! It’s immaculate and so well located in East Vancouver. We loved everything about our stay. And the hosts — Nicole and her partner — are so kind and gracious. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We stayed 3 nights but it was so comfortable I could easily imagine staying longer. I highly recommend this apartment. My husband and I plan to book it again the next time we visit Vancouver!

Quiet but very convenient for public trnasport

A quiet, very convenient for public transport, modern basement suite for two with charming hosts. The kitchen area of the brand-new suite is fitted out with all the appliances needed to self-cater and the washroom has a powerful versatile shower over a bathtub. Located less than 100 metres from the pleasant Pandora Park and a section of East Hastings Street with cafes, restaurants, a pub, a market and a bank the suite is a super base for both relaxing, eating out and exploring Vancouver. The nearby various Translink buses allow single journeys as far as Jericho Beach in the west and to Deep Cove at Seymour on the North Shore while there are several serving Downtown and Waterfront. Would certainly recommend for short and longer stays for visits to Vancouver.

Clean, Quiet and Perfect Little Spot!

Just like the pictures, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Nicole and her husband were both, very friendly and stayed in communication with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We traveled to town for a soccer game at BC Place and had our two kids in tow (7 & 9). We knew we wouldn't be in the unit much to hang out, since we were there to explore. The rental was about 15-25 minutes from BC Place based on traffic. The rental is under the main house and the noise was no issue all. You couldn't hear really anything. There was a new couch that coverted to a mattress, which was perfect for the kids. There was also a smart tv and good wifi. There was coloring books and colored pencils sitting on the table for our kiddos when we arrived. They were so excited! There was also a keurig machine with pods in the drawer for us. The unit was clean and practically brand new! Plenty of linens available and a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was on the street, but always spots available when we were coming and going. I would highly recommend this rental and the hosts to anyone looking for a little getaway spot.
