What some of our guests may not love that much about our listing:
- Our home has a separate basement suite as a long term rental unit which is currently occupied by a wonderful tenant. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own private entrance, heating, and air conditioning system.

Our house comfortably sleeps 6 guests with Queen size beds in the Primary and Secondary bedrooms and a Futon in the third bedroom. Our large couch in the living room also pulls out to be a Daybed. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, splenda, ketchup and mustard packets, hot sauce, salt and pepper, oil, and multiple spices. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

We wanted to go above and beyond for our guests so we've went out and included some appliances which we personally use in our home that we've came to love over the years such as an air fryer (best for heating up some quick leftovers), a griddle (great for pancakes), and a popcorn maker!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay including the private backyard with a fire pit.

Feel free to stream from LG Channels, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Paramount Plus, and play Wii or any of the card and board games as much as you like.

Whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car or take a quick 6 minute Uber to Mosaic Stadium to catch a Rider game, an event at Evraz Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, walking and bike paths, parks, and shopping districts nearby!

We have an exterior camera at the front entrance of the house for both home security and your safety.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home and to please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
