Welcome to our clean and newly decorated home, perfect for families or larger groups. Enjoy great outdoor spaces and comfortably designed interiors.

Relax in our 6-person hot tub and outdoor pool, both serviced and maintained weekly and after every guest.

A private sauna and outdoor shower are also available for added comfort and relaxation during your visit.

BBQ out on the open porch! Experience the ultimate grilling perfection with our blackstone grill.

Enjoy our pond with 2 kayaks for outdoor fun and relaxation. You can also enjoy some bass catch and release!

Our fully equipped kitchen includes a rice cooker, tabletop air fryer, slow cooker, and a high chair with buckles, pad, and tray attachment.

The living room features a sofa bed (sleeps 2), an air hockey table, and a 55` wall-mounted smart TV.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the upstairs has two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a single futon-style sofa bed (linens and pillows supplied). The other bedroom has three single beds and another single futon-style sofa bed (linens and pillows supplied).

There are 1.5 bathrooms stocked with your essentials.

For families with little ones, we provide a travel-style crib with linens and a blanket.

The front yard is fenced off, making it safe for children.

There is room on the driveway for 2-3 cars. The property is in a rural neighborhood with state parks to the north and south. Great for biking and walking.

➤ Very important local code: Positively no external speakers inside the house or next to pool or hot tub area.

➤ Music may be played only on your phone, no bluetooth speakers as this can disturb neighbors, and is a violation of local code.

➤ Our outdoor pool is available from May 1 to September 29. Please note it`s not a saltwater pool and is not heated.

➤ 10 Pool towels are supplied for use with the pool. Please keep them clean from outside dirt where possible.

➤ Due to the quiet neighborhood, please keep noise levels to a respectable volume.

➤ Parking is available and can comfortably fit up to 3 cars

➤ Charge up with ease! Our universal 240V EV charger supports all electric vehicles, including Teslas, with up to 32 amps—perfect for keeping you powered up during your stay.

➤ Please do not leave children unattended in or around the sauna.

➤ We kindly ask that you help us keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone by following our house rules. Please be respectful during your stay and ensure any messes are taken care of promptly. Thank you for being considerate guests!

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Additionally, please take note of our very important local code: Positively no external speakers inside the house or next to pool or hot tub area. Music may be played only on your phone, no bluetooth speakers as this can disturb neighbors, and is a violation of local code.

➤ No parties allowed

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. No groups larger than 10 guests without permission.

➤ No children climbing on railings. Children must be supervised at all times outdoors.

➤ Hot tub rules:

● No children under 6 years old in hot tub.

● Do not enter the hot tub if it is not sanitary, advise us immediately so it can be cleaned.

● Shower before entering the hot tub to remove any body oils.

● No alcoholic beverages or food in hot tub.

➤ Pool rules: Enjoy your swim, and thank you for following our splashy guidelines!

● No Diving: Our pool is great for a swim but not deep enough for diving, so please keep it safe and fun with no diving.

● Supervision Required for Children: Little swimmers need an adult buddy. Make sure there`s always an adult supervising the fun.

● No Glass in Pool Area: Let`s keep it shatter-free. Please use plastic cups and bottles around the pool to keep toes and tails safe.

● Walk, Don’t Run: No speedy feet around the wet edges—let’s keep it slip-free and safe.

● No DIY Chemistry: Please don’t add anything to the water—no salt, no chemicals.

➤ For your safety, please do not use the sauna or cold plunge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Using these amenities while intoxicated can pose serious health risks. This rule is in place to protect you and ensure a safe experience for everyone.

➤ Owner & property maintenance is not responsible of accidents!

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding!
