Welcome to Crown Colony.
This fabulous house includes a Hot tub that spills into the pool. The golf course and tennis court are a 1 minute walk from the house.
GOLF: Golf is not included as this is a boutique private club. Trial memberships are available during your stay - for more information about how you and your family can golf during your stay you can calll Ashley the membership director at the club she can be reached at tel: 239-590-9044 x122. This was the site of the $1.5M 2022 LPGA Drive-on Championship.
TENNIS: Tennis is included during your stay. there are 4 clay tennis courts right across the street from the house.
THE HOUSE: The house is has an Open concept floorplan with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a 3-car garage, this estate home has a fabulous view of the 9th green from the living area and pool deck. It's totally storm protected with electric roll-down shutters at all doors and windows. The open concept walks out with with pool and spa and the fabulous golf view makes this a rare offering. 24 x 7 attended security gate, 24 x 7 fitness center, community pool, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, full lawn maintenance, Xfinity fiber-optic cable TV, DVR, and high-speed internet. The Golf Club at Crown Colony is the heart of Crown Colony and only a short minute from the house, with a very active social/dining or golf trial membership available and totally optional.
