Set on the same grounds as Ophir House, six minutes from Bathurst's CBD, Ophir Studio is a self-contained space for couples, solo travellers, or small groups, with a private BBQ and outdoor seating area for warm evenings.



Inside, a queen bedroom, kitchenette, and living area with a desk and double sofa bed suit work trips or short getaways. The studio sleeps two, with the sofa bed able to host two more if needed.

Ophir Studio features split system air-conditioning, with one unit in the living area and a second in the bedroom, keeping the studio comfortable year-round.

The studio is set up to settle into quickly — drop your bags and head into Bathurst when you're ready to explore. The desk and reliable wifi suit work trips, while the BBQ and outdoor seating area are a good spot to unwind in the evening. Ophir Studio shares its grounds with Ophir House, an immaculate six-bedroom home at the same address — independently accessed, so larger groups can book both together if more space is needed.



THE LOCATION:

Ophir Studio sits in a quiet residential setting six minutes' drive from Bathurst's CBD. Mount Panorama Racing Circuit is 11 minutes away, while the Bathurst Adventure Playground, with picnic tables and BBQ facilities, is 4 minutes from the door. Abercrombie House, a heritage-listed mansion with occasional high tea events, is also 4 minutes away. For coffee, Brilliant Street Cafe is 6 minutes' drive; for dinner, Thai Terrace is 4 minutes and Church Bar — pizzas and cocktails in a converted brick schoolhouse — is nearby too. Mount Panorama Wines is close by for tastings. Westpoint Shopping Centre (IGA, BWS, Dominos, a pharmacy and Kisuya Japanese Restaurant) is 4 minutes away, and Bathurst Base Hospital is 5 minutes away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire studio for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:

Parking: Please don't park on the grass — larger vehicles should park on the street.



Portacot: A portacot is available upon request. For safety reasons, our team is unable to assemble it or provide cot linen — please bring your own linen and assemble on arrival.
