Pelican Cabin is one of four cabins at Nungurner’s Jetty View, conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Metung and a 15-minute drive from Lakes Entrance, making it an ideal base for you to explore the region.

Perched above the picturesque Gippsland Lakes, the cabin features a fully equipped kitchen and a deck with stunning lake views for you to enjoy. The property has a BBQ area and fireplace facilities (byo wood). If you’d like to get out on the water, you can take advantage of a private jetty, complimentary kayaks for guests, and a boat ramp suitable for small craft.

The location is very picturesque, and promises you a serene escape from everyday life. Nestled amidst the trees and with spectacular birdlife, you’ll be right next to a small and secluded foreshore with a historic boatshed, and you’ll feel a real sense of nature amongst this peaceful rural environment which is perfect for walks, fishing, boating, or just relaxing.

The cabin includes a large lounge area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you’ll have a comfortable stay.

Perfect Family Vacation rental

This property is definitely everything that we hoped for. Great location, very peaceful with a magnificent view. The house great, very neat and tidy. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Waking up to have a coffee with a lake view on the verandah sorrounded by beautiful colourful birds was incredible. The entire property is beautifully kept.This property is a 10/10 for anyone looking to relax and disconnect from a busy life and recharge.We brought my elderly mother with us and she had a marvellous time too. There are paths to walk to and around the lake which made it easier to use her mobility aid.The location is perfect to travel to Lakes Entrance and other towns near by.The bedrooms and bathroom beautifully presented, the beds a very confortable.Please be aware if you cant stay away from social media or work, while in the property there is no network available, to us it was perfect to disconnect from work and our busy life. We love it and are planning on coming back for a longer stay.Big thanks to the host, we truly enjoy our stay.
