`The Homestead` is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of metro Denver, Brighton. The main floor offers a kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. The entertainment area is large and comfortable. This home`s floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues. The upstairs offers a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, and 3 large bedrooms.

I have family that live in the neighborhood and had family flying into town. The location was perfect. The property was as advertised. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub because we were busy. The back patio and yard could have bit a bit cleaner and the Wi-Fi was very spotty so we could not enjoy watching a movie in the evening. Everything else was great!

Very nice place just had to get the door code after we arrived and the door lock instructions weren't clear but we figured it out. The house was very nice and clean amd looked just like the pictures in the listing. Great location as well.

The stay was overall good. The backyard could use some mowing and cleaning up along with the front lawn. There was not any paper towels supplied and the hot tub was not usable. Other than that the place was clean and a good stay.

Very nice property. Our stay was three weeks and Brian was very accomodating. It is a very nice property located in a very nice neighborhood, close to conveniences! Thanks Brian for the peaceful stay we had.

Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, but plenty of room for everyone to gather in the same space together as well. Nice accommodations available. Very close to gas, groceries & places to eat. Our first time to Colorado, and we were satisfied with the ease and time to get around into Denver and other spots we visited. Beds were comfortable and large washer and dryer.

Although the weather was extremely hot the week we were at the vacation home, we all had an amazing time. My only criticism would be that the patio could have been a little cleaner and the hot tub leaked, besides that the home was wonderful. We hope to go back again soon.

The house was beautuful and so very comfortable! The neighborhood was nice and people were really friendly. I wish we could have used the Blackstone and the pit as I cook a great bulgogi recipe and the family wanted to sit outside around the pit while I cooked but there didnt seem to be propane for either to use. I didnt know if we were to supply it or not and if so...which one etc...either way....it still was a beautiful stay.

June-July Stay

The house itself was great, except that the AC did not work upstairs at all - absolutely zero airflow. We had to purchase fans in order to get a tiny bit of airflow considering we had a week long stay. I was not reimbursed for that purchase either, which was disappointing. The front and backyard had high grass that needed mowing. If the owner fixes the AC issue, I would stay again.

Nice house in a good area

From Texas, stayed for 4 nights to visit the new grand baby. House was spacious and well stocked. The backyard and porch were a little unkept at the time of our stay. Assume due to just coming out of a long winter. Used the hot tub which was nice. AC didn’t cool the best upstairs but once we shut the blackout curtains it did seem to cool down. Overall a good experience. Would stay again.

Easy access to surrounding area

Stay was in a nice quiet neighborhood with the exception of one night when neighbor kids had a sleepover and were a little noisy. We enjoyed our stay and it was in close proximity to all that we wanted to do or where we wanted to go.

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for our needs. We had a few last minute changes to people and pets and the management was easy to get a hold of and so accommodating. It was clean and located near where we needed to be. The price was great and was a great help to a last minute unplanned booking.

Bright spot in Brighton CO

This property is located in a newer neighborhood in Brighton CO. The location worked well for us due to its proximity to extended family living in the area. We had no trouble getting around the Denver metro area from this homebase. The house is spacious and accommodated 4 adults, 2 children, and an infant. The weather precluded use of the outdoor living space. The kitchen had the basics, which we supplemented at the nearby Kroger. An excellent choice as a home away from home.

Great stay!

The Oasis is a very nice property! Just what we expected. Great location, for us anyway. Not too far from the airport and close to a grocery store and restaurants. While we didn't use the outdoor facilities, they looked inviting. We would definitely stay here again!
