This newly renovated, city build is a stunning apartment with an open plan living, dining and kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a fully landscaped courtyard.
Spread across two levels, it features a sunny balcony off the living room and a Juliet balcony in the master bedroom, allowing for a comfortable sleep with open doors. The apartment provides convenient amenities such as garaging, wifi, a smart TV, and secure access, making it ideal for weekend getaways or business stays.
With two generous bedrooms—one with a Californian King bed that can be split into two king singles, and the other with a Queen bed—guests are ensured a comfortable stay. The first floor comprises a living area, kitchen, dining space, and a toilet, while the second floor houses the bedrooms separated by a bathroom with a shower over a bath. Additionally, a laundry area is discreetly tucked into the upstairs landing.
This apartment offers a prime location next to Hagley Park and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. This is an upmarket central city neighbourhood a stones throw from the Art Gallery, Museum and Art Centre. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood and has cafes and markets within 5-10 minutes walk.
Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs.
Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
Our house rules are located in our guestbook and your service agreement which will be sent to you via email. If you have any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
