Diese schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern am The Summit am Tops'l Beach und Racquet Resort bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie fĂŒr einen erholsamen Strandurlaub wĂŒnschen. Im SpĂ€tsommer 2018 komplett renoviert und professionell eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind mit neuen Möbeln, Kronenleisten und geschmackvollen Kunstwerken eingerichtet. Laminatböden und Schiffsdeckwandakzente werden durchgehend installiert. Alle Badezimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber neue Waschtische mit Quarzitplatten, schöne geflieste Duschen, neue Armaturen und Hardware. Unsere KĂŒche umfasst neue EdelstahlgerĂ€te und eine weitlĂ€ufige Quarzit-Arbeitsplatte sowie vollaufliegende KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke. Wir haben auch einen neuen Full Size-Frontlader und einen Trockner. Das große Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer neuen Premium-Luxus-Matratze, einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher von Samsung, einen 4K-Ultra-Smart-TV und einen kabellosen Bluray-Player. Das GĂ€stezimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei große Betten mit neuen Premium-Luxusmatratzen sowie einen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-4K-Ultra-Smart-TV von Samsung mit Wandmontage und einen kabellosen Bluray-Player. Das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Schlafsofa und einen 65-Zoll-Flachbild-4K-Ultra-Smart-TV von Samsung mit Wandmontage und einen kabellosen Bluray-Player. Der Essbereich bietet Platz fĂŒr sechs Personen und wir haben WLAN-Service im gesamten GebĂ€ude. Unser Balkon ist zum Meer ausgerichtet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, wo Sie hĂ€ufig Delfine beobachten können.

Unsere GĂ€ste haben Zugang zu einem wunderschönen, beheizten Pool und einem Whirlpool im The Summit, der nur wenige Schritte von unserer Unterkunft entfernt ist. Alternativ können Sie auch den beheizten Pool am Strand und den Whirlpool nutzen. Der Poolbereich am Strand wurde im Januar 2017 renoviert. Gasgrills stehen am Pool des Summit Pool zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Strand ist nur 200 Meter vom The Summit entfernt. Wir bieten einen zusammenklappbaren Strandwagen mit breiten LaufflĂ€chenrĂ€dern, zwei Tommy Bahama-LiegestĂŒhle mit eingebauten KĂŒhlboxen, einen großen Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug fĂŒr den Strand fĂŒr unsere GĂ€ste. Das Resort bietet bei Bedarf einen Strandservice gegen Aufpreis.

Tops'l ist ein ruhiger, familienfreundlicher Ferienort mit 600 Meter privatem Strand. Es liegt neben einem Naturschutzgebiet, das 6 km geschĂŒtzten Strand fĂŒr schöne lange SpaziergĂ€nge bietet.

Es gibt drei Restaurants / Bars im Resort. Das Blue Dunes Restaurant & Bar befindet sich direkt am Pool. Die Tiki Bar befindet sich im Tops'l Racquet Club und der lokal bekannte Ocean Club befindet sich am Eingang des Tops'l neben dem Resort Security. Das Tops'l bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice in die nahe gelegene Baytowne Wharf. Das Tops'l befindet sich in gĂŒnstiger Lage in der NĂ€he der Baytowne Wharf, der Einkaufszentren Silver Sands, Kinos, der GeschĂ€fte am Grand Boulevard und vieler der besten GolfplĂ€tze Floridas.

Unforgettable Trip

This condo is perfect for a family looking to travel light. It has all of the basics plus more! The beach wagon, chairs, and toys made the walk to the beach a breeze. I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo to avoid piles of dirty clothes. Mr. Tom was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions. This was truly one of the best resorts that I’ve stayed at.

Better than expected!

The photos do not do it justice!!! The condo was so clean, spacious and closer to the water than anticipated. It was a beautiful view every morning. Also, The Summit had the best pool and hot tub. Tom was awesome to work with and we hope to stay again!

Home away from home

This property is absolutely stunning. You can tell the owners love this unit as every room is updated and super clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with things you need. Even with things you don’t think you need (like pens and notepads). The view was beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach (like 5 mins) . The bbq is right outside the elevators you’d use. The pools are a nice size. We used it maybe 2x because we really wanted to stay on the beach. This was a great place to stay overall as Destin (definitely more touristy) was 10 miles away so you had some relief of that congestion. Communication with Tom was excellent. The only downside of my trip was that it was too short. We loved it so much I asked for an extra day. It was amazing and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great location

This condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and has beach chairs/umbrella/wagon supplied on the back porch which overlooks the pool along with peekaboo views of the ocean and sand dunes. You can also choose to rent beach set up where you have beach access. There are atleast 3 pools to choose from, all in close proximity along with a bar, basketball, and pickle ball. There are all the things my family and I were able to see and experience. The condo itself is well kept, very clean, and comfortable sleeping. It is very clear to me that this owner takes pride in his property and we will definitely be returning.

Very nice property and views!

My husband and I stayed here to visit friends that were camping at Topsail Nature Preserve, so the location was perfect. The unit itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and I think this unit had literally everything. Cookware. Bakeware. Plenty of serving and meal dishes. Every day things...scissors, pencils and notepads. I'm sure everyone has stayed somewhere that had nothing in the drawers. Little things, but things you need. Communication with the host Tom was very good. Improvements seemed to be ongoing and Tom kept us in the loop about things that were need to know. It's nice to have a unit that is so well done and nice to see the surrounding grounds and pools being well kept. The location is close to good shopping and good restaurants. Lastly, you cannot beat the beautiful views of the gulf. You can't go wrong with this condo unit. It's exactly as described.

Amazing Condo at Tops'l Summit

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The complex is very safe as they scan every ID of guests who drive in. Condo was spotless clean and well equipped. The condo was also beautiful and nicely furnished. The owners provided chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed when we prepared meals in. Tom, the host, was very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this condo!

We loved this condo! This was our third trip to this area and this was BY FAR our favorite place to stay. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. The decor was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. Location was perfect—short walk to the beach without a road to cross which is definitely a plus with three small children. We were also happy to find the there is a ramp on the beach access boardwalk which was perfect for our wagon. The pool options were great too! We loved the pool at the beach with the bar and restaurant. We hope to stay again during our next visit to Destin!

Great first time Florida experience!

We had never booked through Vrbo before so were obviously nervous. However, the property we choose calmed every one of those fears. The property was beautiful, perfect for a family of 5 with plenty of space and had everything we needed. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool onsite and we dined at the restaurant located on the beach and that was wonderful as well. If we had had any issues (which we didnt) Tom was very easy to get ahold of and I felt comfortable reaching out whether it be via text, email, etc. The beach location was super family friendly, anyone we ran into on the resort was nice, it was just really a great overall experience. Tom is definitely one we would choose again, just because he and the property he offered made things so simple and enjoyable.
