This is our second time renting Sunrise/Sunset. The bedroom layout works great for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. We were able to all eat inside on the Sunrise side by sitting 4 children at the small dining table and adding a couple of bar stools from Sunset to the counter for the other 10. There is a private beach just east of the house's beach access which actually turns out to be an advantage because it prevents access to the beach from the high rise on the other side of the private beach so it is easy to set up beach front. Being able to walk to Goatfeathers to pick up seafood is a big plus. This is an older house and could use a little TLC but don't think you can beat the number of bedrooms and convenience to the beach for the price. Management was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we needed fixed.
