Great place, very big, lots of space, beautiful view of the river, quite close to downtown, so it's easy to get to things - although traffic is horrible on weekends, but that's independent of where you stay, that's just Gatlinburg in October.

Beautiful large cabin walking distance to downy Gatlinburg

Our 2nd year at this nice 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath cabin. Great outdoor area with a fire pit by a stream. Large dining table for a big group. Great cabin!

This property is perfectly located in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and wonderfully accommodated all of our extended family. The best part is a private bath for each of us...or maybe it was having a creek just outside the back patio! It was clean and check-in was a breeze.We look forward to returning next year!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by peace and nature. The cabin is very well maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The spaces are spacious, beautifully decorated, and every detail invites you to unwind. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings, making it the perfect place to disconnect from daily stress and enjoy special moments with family or as a couple.We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Family Birthday Celebration

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had plenty of space for our extended family for a long weekend. The walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg was a bonus. The patio by the river was a great place to relax.

This property is amazing for a large group! We love the convenience of being walking distance or quick driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg. This house is beautifully decorated, and every detail is impressive. The host was attentive and quickly responded to any question or need. We love the outdoor area and having the river outside. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all fully furnished with everything we needed for a great visit. Our group was so impressed with the comfortable accommodations and we loved the area on the third level for games and hanging out, watching tv. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Trip - Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay and this was perfect place for our small gathering of friends (individual bathrooms in each bedroom was an added bonus!) Beautiful view of the water and short, easy walk to the trolley. Perfect home for a fun weekend! We can’t wait to return - hoping for an addition of a hot tub in the future.

Awesome home!

This is the best place our family has ever rented. It felt like home. We entered the property and felt no worries of touching anything, sitting on any of the furniture. Everything about this place is top notch. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great spring break

The property was great. Lots of room for everyone to spread. The hubby,son and kids fished in the creek behind the house. We wished the kids area at the park a mile up the road was open but due to construction it was not. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Serenity....In Town!

It was so nice to be near everything, yet it felt like we were tucked into a mountain somewhere. The house is gorgeous and clean! The interior is so beautifully decorated and the exterior is ideal! You cannot beat the riverside location. Combine that with a fire pit on a beautiful deck! It was everything we could have imagined for the perfect Gatlinburg getaway!!

Short Get-away Trip with friends.

As a group of 4 couples, we truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was on point, property was fully equipped. We were supplied with towels, and a washer & a dryer, however a change of towels would be nice. All bedrooms are not equipped with televisions, but we survived.

Absolutely perfect!

A must stay! The house is beautiful and gives you so much room to relax. The backyard on the river is a dream to play in and look at every morning. We loved walking to the town instead of always have to drive and park. The best part was how responsive the host was to all my questions! You should be book this dream house now!

The description for this property was very accurate. The location was great. The otters were out which provided much entertainment as otter spotters. Everyone had plenty of space to socialize without being too crowded. The process was very easy to register. Will be a repeat client. .

Beautiful with perfect location

This home was beautiful inside and out. The location, walking distance from the parkway, as well as on the river was absolute perfection. My kids loved swimming, floating, and fishing right in the backyard. We could’ve spent days without leaving the home. I would absolutely recommend! We were 3 families with kids ranging from 7-16. Everyone had a blast!
