Great rental, fit our needs perfectly! Spacious bedrooms, well maintained house, and high end appliance/finishings. The pool was great (and deep) for kid and adult swimming. The hot tub was one of the best we’ve ever had. Dolphins greeted us off the dock and the sunrise was a great time for coffee. Plenty of bikes, water toys, chairs, and wagons in the garage for beach time! We hope to stay here again! The property manager was attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect family friendly spot

My husband, our kids and my mom came down for Easter week 2023. None of us have ever been to Marco but this home and the island was absolutely wonderful! Home is immaculate and fit us all quite comfortably. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation! This property is so clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything our family needed for a vacation in Marco Island. The beds were extremely comfortable and even had the softest sheets for a great nights sleep. The pool and spa on the property overlooking the water was definitely a highlight for our family. We even saw dolphins in the canal right outside our dock. The view here is stunning and we enjoyed eating all our meals outside in the lanai. The house is centrally located making it easy to get to everything on the island. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again!

Spacious but not perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was big and fit our family. Beds were good. There were weird plumbing issues with loud pipes. It had all the amenities that you would want but you could tell everything was well used/loved. Location is good being on the north side of the island but it is a long track to get out to the mouth of the river. Overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone.

Best vacation trip ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would like to say this was probably the best all around vacation we have had. We try to go somewhere different every year but my wife, kids, mom and dad said they would like to go back to Marco and that a good complement cause the last two years we went to St. Augustine and siesta key. The trip had everything we wanted except we need more time to explore everything that we want. It can’t wait till next year. Thank you to the ladies at the desk for all the help getting us started and as usual there’s always questions when you first get to the house and the text and emails were answered and taken care of immediately. See you next trip

What A Wonderful Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here a week in April. (Now I wish it were TWO weeks!) This home checked all the boxes for us, starting with the staff at MIVP. When we had a small issue, they were there for us. The home was immaculate, supplied with everything we needed, has a wonderful design and decorated elegantly, but simply, and comfortable furnishing (although the Lazy-Boy recliner is missing its handle to recline), is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, has a nice open view from the patio, and is centrally located in Marco, and reasonably priced. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three senior couples shared a week here. We loved it! The house is very well appointed, even including a meat thermometer that we needed to use. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location is in a very nice neighborhood for walking, and it's close to the pickleball/tennis center and nearby lake.
