The Home is beautiful. The contact with the owner was fine at beginning of booking. Seemed real Nice. Once it got closer to check in owner attitude and demeanor changed i was thinking because i was at the point i couldnt cancel or get a refund. He was sopose to give check in info 3 days before He didnt he message me n said i get it the morning of. when morning came he message n said I will give it when unit is ready Funny thing i was outside house already Parked and No one was there No cleaning ppl, No previous person booked So he lied. He told prior i can check in at 1 it is now 2pm still no check in info, i called it says line disconnected so now im in panic mode i paid for this 6 months ago having people come and cant get in i call customer serivce they stated i should of had code 3 days ago which i knew but i didnt want to be argumentative with the owener so i then text him and told him what customer service said literally 2 seconds after i sent text He sends entry code to house i pull in drive way immediately because mind u i been parked down the street had my daughter try code 1st try didnt work 2nd try it did. whew now we n with 1 hr to spare before our guest show up i thought that was rude because he said when unit ready as if someone was n there cleaning or gettinf out n that was a LIE he purposely made me wait n didnt keep his word for nothing had i not spoke to custo2 service he probably would of sent code at 4pm Maybe who knows. He does have cameras all thru house
