On the main level, guests will find an open great room alongside a chef-caliber kitchen. It comes equipped with an oversized refrigerator, a double oven with 8 burners, a generous pantry, and a wet bar outfitted with an undercounter ice maker, wine fridge, beverage fridge, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The kitchen is fully stocked with these and everything else you'll need for cooking and serving large groups. Also on this floor are 2 beachfront King primary suites, each with an en suite bath offering a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and generous vanity space. The east-side bath is handicap friendly with a low, roll-in shower threshold. Rounding out the main level is a lagoon-view nook with a daybed, a nearby full bath, and one of the home's 3 laundry rooms, which includes a second refrigerator and a commercial ice maker.

The 2nd floor centers on a spacious family room with its own wet bar (beverage fridge and microwave included) and abundant seating, featuring 2 built-in daybeds that double as extra sleeping space or an oversized sofa. This level also holds 2 more King primary suites matching those below, a 3rd beachfront King room with glass doors opening onto the porch and its own private bath, a bunkroom outfitted with 4 XL Twin beds behind privacy doors, a 2nd laundry room, and a full hall bath.

The top floor offers 2 more King bedrooms, one facing the beach and one overlooking the lagoon, each with a spacious private bath featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. The panoramic views from this level are one of the home's standout features.

Outside awaits a wide stretch of sugar-white sand reached via a private dune walkover, plus a spacious heatable pool. Set in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, about 4 miles west of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, the home offers a quiet setting just minutes from all the action in town.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
