** PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers is undergoing an exterior improvement project from March 17 to mid-September 2025 (weather permitting). Here’s what to expect:

• Obstructed views due to tarps/scaffolding
• Sealing and caulking around windows
• Stucco and exterior coating work
• Noise from grinding/chipping
• Intermittent balcony closures (furniture will be moved inside)
• Safety barriers and signage throughout the property

* Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.

*Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.

*Guests must provide Perdido Towers front desk with proof of Registration and Insurance.

No pets or smoking are allowed. There is an age requirement of 25 and up to rent.
