Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a shared ensuite bathroom between Bedroom #3 and the hallway off living room with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, queen size bed, twin size bed, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a twin size trundle, and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom off Bedroom #4 with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Stairs are required to access the home.

• This home is equipped with a covered dock with boat lift and two jet ski ramps for guest use. Boats under 24' and Maximum Weight of 5,000lbs - Ballasts on boat must be emptied before putting boat on lift. *Owners boat on 2nd boat lift is Not for guest use.

• 2 Kayaks, Lily Pad, Assortment of Outdoor Games, and assortment of Life Jackets available for Guest Use.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
