Stayed here for seven nights in May 2024. The location in Zona Romantica is great – close to all manner of terrific restaurants, food stands and bars. It's a very clean and well-maintained properly, with someone in the onsite office 24 hours a day. There was construction happening on the building behind this one, which sometimes got noisy, but the crews finish by 6pm and don't start up again until 9 or 10am.

This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I booked this place on a whim because it looked close to everything I was interested in doing. It was truly one of the best stays I have ever had. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly daily and the management was extremely communicative and informative throughout the entire process. The property is clean and in a safe area and getting Ubers was a breeze. Someone is on site for 24 hours a day and able to help with any questions or suggestions. Everyone was extremely nice and the property was amazing! We will definitely be back! Five stars!

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was so friendly and ans accommodating to my check in and check out requests. Wonderful modern room. Very clean, well kept. Multiple pool towels provided. My only con was the construction noise next door (starting around 8 am), which is out of this property's control anyway. I would definitely stay again.

Do not book this on Expedia. You will get the worst room. Great property and nice apartment. But the view I had was of the construction wall next door. And the pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. The ladies who work downstairs were very sweet and helpful. The property was very clean and well kept. But my view was awful and I was really upset about that. I would recommend booking directly with the property and ensuring your booking includes a view.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and it was excellent. Property is in very good condition, clean, very friendly staff and great location. The pool at the roof top was great! There’s taquerias and a pharmacy just outside the property. Easy check in and check out process. The only cons that I can say is this property is not fully sound proof, so if you are sensitive to street noise then it might not be good place for you. In addition, this property is close to a church and you’ll hear the bell rang multiple times. It didn’t bother me at all, but it did bother my partner because he was a light sleeper. Overall though it was a great stay! Thank you Guillermo!

So I want to say my stay here was awesome. The rooftop pool was a little small but there weren’t that many people there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service is there daily and if you don’t want them daily you can just let them know. If you are a light sleeper this place is going to be rough for you. Church bells/ traffic sounds during the day and at night you have taco stands which generate some after bar noise. Plus side you just need to walk out your door to enjoy tacos. Overall if sound while sleeping doesn’t bother you 10/10.

Tres Maria’s in Zona Romantica is wonderful. We stayed for a week in early July. The location is fantastic. The place feels so private and secluded even though it’s in the heart of town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It only has about 10 rooms. We were on the top floor and even though it’s not in the description, we had a partial ocean view from the balcony. It felt like our own little apartment. The pool is on the top deck and it was empty most of the time. Felt like we had a private pool to watch the sunset from. The only recommendation to make the stay better is to bring earplugs. It’s not the hotels fault. Taqueria la Hormiga is right downstairs. It is so good! But stays open all night and can get a little busy at even 4 or 5 am. We brought our Loop earplugs and slept just fine. Easy walk to the Malecon and plaza. There’s a pharmacy on the corner and an OXXO right across the street. Felt super, super safe at all times night and day. We loved the restaurant Mariscos el Guero near there. The seafood soup was the best I ever had. I could go on and on. We loved our trip and would not have had the same experience at one of the resort hotels outside of Zona Romantica. Completely different experiences.
