Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Although we enjoy staying here, there are some pretty big issues for the cost and we likely won't stay again. The first time we stayed, there was a power outage in the evening, which took hours to pr our room lacked the basics, which we had to request.
This time we requested cleaning several times, and despite staying 8 days, our room was only cleaned once. We had to go grab our own coffee, towels and cupson a couple of occasions.
Despite having cupboards a sink and a microwave, they don't provide real glasses, playes or cutlery (or paper towel and dish soap), so we had to buy our own. No sponge or dishcloth, despite being a "kitchenette. The fridge froze our food.
The TV remote's battery was dead and our toilet became plugged and no one was onsite to fix it. The gentleman i spoke to was apologetic and gave us the use of a bathroom in an empty room, but we just felt the whole experience was a bit inconvenient from start to finish.
The staff is friendly and kind and I am sure they do their best, but it would be much better to have a policy of cleaning rooms every three days as a default on longer stays and how much would it really cost to give more than 2 coffee pods a day, or to have a couple plates and glasses in each room?
It felt like we were always ask8ng for the basics the entire stay...
