    We were 4 guests in 1 room. 3 adults and a 16 year old. We were assigned a room with no privacy door for taking a bath and taking a shower. This was our 1 of 2 reservations in hotel. For our 2nd reservation, I requested for a different time type and to my surprise we weere given a larger room, same type.we were more comfortable on our 2nd reservation stay

    Excellent Stay!

    Clean and spacious room. Walkable distance to shopping, restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. Check in process is different from other places so make sure check emails and complete online check in to get the code before heading to the hotel. They get info of all people staying in the room, including minors.

    i mainly got this hotel for the balcony, it was really cute but i didnā€™t realize how not having a front desk attendant or someone to easily call would cause so many issues. we are from the U.S. and i did not download the Sonder app in advance and once I arrived in BCN I couldnā€™t download the app because it needed to send me a verification code to my phone and I only had my europe Esim so I wasnā€™t receiving the code. I didnā€™t get to download the app and I guess thatā€™s how you ask for things and use your hotel key easier. So that was an obstacle. Canā€™t imagine older people booking this. Iā€™d rather just stay at a hotel with a normal staff you see everyday and can call on the hotel phone. My sister mentioned her room started to smell moldy at the end of the trip I think itā€™s due to poor circulation near the shower. Overall sad experience here. The best thing was location.

    I think itā€™s important to note there is no staff at this property. We arrived after 13 hours of travel (and it was raining) to a door that said we needed an access code. I had to create an account, enter passport info, and confirm my email in the rain. The woman on the phone walked me through it and I was grateful for that - but she had to send a mobile code and I was not getting the code on my cell phone so it took 30-40 minutes. This is also not a good place if you need to leave your bags before or after check out as they only have small lockers. Also, not ideal if you have questions about the area or need more pillows. It was clean and in a good area in the middle of everything.

    We were occupancy of 4 in 1 room. 3 adults and a 15 year old. The room we were accommodated with was spacious for 4 of us. Before our arrival, we were procided an online check in to input all our documentation so it was a smooth arrival! The hotel perosnnel also reached out to me via WhatsApp so the communication was so easy and free, especially it was an international deatination. There are so many cafes and supermarkets around. Also the Pharmacy is not too far of a walk. There were local cafes that open at 6am which worked for my famiky because we start early with our tours and exploration. There is a laundry facility 1/2 a block from the hotel which was conevnient! This hotel does not have your expected 24-hr concierge, which was the first time for me to experience,, however I dont have a negative comment. The hotel provide access codes to building and to my room. Extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc are conveniently located to our room so we can just go to the closet and grab what we need. When I needed our room cleaned, I used WhatsApp to communicate with them. The staff was absolutely accommdating! We had 2 reservation few days apart as we travelled to Madrid for a long weekend. They were accommodating to hold our luggages, so we were able to travel light to Madrid for a long weekend trip.     PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT THIS LOCATION. You will get an e-mail day before arrival with check-in instruction and you'll have to check-in yourself. WE DIDN'T KNOW & WE WERE FRUSTRATED. OTHER THAN CHECK IN, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT - great location, nice/clean/big rooms, walking to distance to everything, and very private setting.

    There is no front desk, so none to ask or communicate directly, web check in (terrible for an old person which is not familiar with technology) and any inquiries through phone callsā€¦ problem not solved The room was booked for 3 people and and had no bedding set (sheets, pillows etc) for the sofa bed, although they said it was inside the closet, we were not able to find them at all

    The positives first: the rooms were clean and comfortable and once we were inside them it was fine. The negatives however were numerous. Our family had requested a 4-person room and when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was completely wet and getting flooded. There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didnā€™t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didnā€™t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.
