Good, but room for improvement

The appartement itself was very nice and huge. Lovely style and details. Cool bathroom. Super kitchen with everything you need. We loved the courtyard situation. The stay is well located in a beautiful street. Unfortunately the walls and floors are superthin and you can hear everything happening around you. The bed is for two people to small (when you are not a romantic cuddle couple) - only one blanket. One walllumaire had no bulb. The mirrorlight was not working. The whole lighting concept was uncomfortable (bright and cold). Please be aware of the parking situation if you book this aprtment. Its terrible. Even the inhabitants dont understand it for 100%. In the first night we received a ticket for 90CAS even if we payed correctly - watch out for the signs which tells you the "at that time parking is forbidden" - we oversaw it. Unfortuantely i asked for the parking spot when i booked via hotels.com - but i never received an answer. The communication was not good. At least they reached out to us, but to late for our questions. Overall it was ok. There is much potential but i dont know if i would book it again.

Bad parking options, bad communication

Bad experience overall with the room and property managers. Was told that there was leak under my room and NOT TO SHOWER for until the next day. Sadly was only staying there one night for my birthday. Manager did not check communicate until 3 days later after I reached out. No refund whatsoever. Only close parking has google reviews warning of car theft/not safe.

Everything is perfect except for the following 2 and that’s why I didn’t give 5: 1. The mattress is not in a good condition to me. If I sit on the edge, I sink. 2. I wish the owner had put that there was actually only 1 parking space on site. Parking was a very important reason for me to book this place and one space is certainly not what I was looking for and planes to fight for with other people who also need it. But if you don’t have parking concern, it is the perfect place for you. Combine t and close to everything you will need.

Only minor criticisms

This is a very small, private set of fully equipped apartments. Upon entry you walk along a very old, dirty carpet, which should be replaced, but the apartment itself was very clean and tidy. The access to number 10 is up two flights of tiny winding stairs with no handrails. It would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. We found it very comfortable and would stay there again.

This is a cute little apartment in a great neighborhood. The bedroom is very small but comfortable. The living area and kitchen are compact and have whatever you will need. You are a short walk from the metro and lots of great places to eat. I recommend this place when visiting Montreal. Keep in mind that upstairs units require walking stairs.

Excellent location on Rue St. Denis, with many dining and shopping options. Not far from Mount Royal Metro stop. Apt #1 was perfect for us. Just a king bed, kitchenette and bath. We preferred facing fire escapes; very quiet, but no view. Some apartments are bigger. We loved the hypothetical "Francois" recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops especially Chez Tata.

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Apartment was spacious with a great little balcony street side. Location was amazing for restaurants and shopping. Only down sides are if you bring a car, parking is a nightmare. Also, we stayed 3 nights and every morning at 6:30a someone started thumping their music.

Amazing location to enjoy the plateau!

Loved this location in the most fun part of Montreal. The room was very well equipped and clean with funky decor. My only challenge was getting in and out of the attached parking space as the goodwill truck would often be blocking the spot. On one occasion I had to wait over two hours to get into the spot and on the other I had to negotiate with the driver to get him to move the truck. Kind of annoying when I was paying a daily rate for the spot. I would definitely stay here again, but when I don’t need to have a car with me!

Wonderful place to stay!

This place is fantastic!! I’ve been to Montreal several times a year for work and I will definitely stay here again! It is close to the metro (subway transportation) as well as many bars and restaurants. It’s a very nice neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all amenities needed for a safe and comfortable stay

The property is fantastic and well located. It’s like having your own studio apartment. We plan to stay there again. Unfortunately during our stay there was an unidentified electronic noise that interrupted our sleep a bit but apparently that’s been identified and resolved.

Fantastic place to stay for PEACE AND QUIET. It was the perfect space to unwind and relax. Occasionally heard sirens but nothing major. The location is sensational if you’re wanting a true taste of Montreal and its wonderful food scene. The kitchen in the apartment was also well equipped though. The shower was lovely with hard pressure. Super comfy bed. Seamless check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you stay too!
