The building did not have a lockable front door or a working elevator.. The location is near a hospital and a car dealer and nothing else.

We enjoyed our stay, although this property is a little out the centre of town it was easy to get around and there was a lot of things to see and do with in the area around the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was quite comfortable for our stay

Our Sao Julio location exceeded our expectations. Communication with the management was easy and we got quick answers to our questions and requests. It’s very well situated, 2 minutes from Praco do Comercio, with lots of options around for food, shopping and tourism (walking distance to Alfama, Bairro Alto). Easy access to public transportation. There was an elevator in the building which facilitates access to the unit. The beds were super comfortable, AC was well appreciated during hot days/nights. Kitchen was well equipped and access to a washing machine in our unit was very practical. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Still new, few teething problems but overall good

Good value for money and walking distance to both the town and Lisbon conference centre. It’s essentially a concrete box - all very minimal which is fine but they still have a few things to iron out such as where to hang a towel after a shower, blinds rather than curtains so you get light but some privacy, improve the wifi and a few minor snags - i got the impression I was one of the first to stay. Also if you are a big person to might find the shower a bit cramped. General pretty good though and I would stay again.

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

Interesting place

Pros: -new apartment -has all the necessary kitchen appliances & equipment -has washer with dryer system in one -provides breakfast -cleans every other day -easy access using codes Con: -It’s too far from the city center. -human-less management so no one to talk to when there’s an issue (like people smoking inside the building, strangers following into the building, etc) -you need a working phone to call the management so for tourist who have only e-sim, it’s impossible to communicate -apartment is visible from outside when you leave.

The lofts are a rally nice concept, the room was clean and looked really good. Bathroom was really small, but that was expected for the suite. Great having access to laundry and other amenities. Location is great, easy access to transit, central Lisbon, Belem, and a few minutes ride to the airport. I never knew if I had a two way communication with the host, or it was just automatically generated messages, and never replied my my WhatsApp message to get some clarity. I felt they didn't directly answered my questions regarding luggage and check-in details as I received a few contradictory messages regarding the check in being at a different location than the apartment. At the end it worked really well, but when you are flying international it's a bit stressful when they send you the actual check-in information a few hours before the check-in. Again, overall it was a great stay,

Great property, but they make you go through the worst check-in process and send you to a completely different neighbourhood to pick up access codes (information that can simply be messaged to you over WhatsApp) to get in. It was difficult to find the office and even harder if you don't speak Portuguese and don't know your way around the city. I also found the contact number on Expedia was incorrect. While some check-in information can be found in the Special Check-In Instructions, it needs to be more clear that you need to contact the property beforehand to make arrangements to check in.

The biggest downside was the communication, which was extremely difficult. The hotel did not respond to emails. We were relocated to another hotel due to a power outage, but there was no information provided about breakfast, which was missing on the first day. Supposedly, someone left it in the hallway, but when we opened the door, there was no breakfast waiting for us. The apartment itself was great, but the customer service was terrible. It left a bitter taste, as the apartment itself was fantastic.
