    The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

    Nice place that doesnt feel like a hotel.

    This was my first time staying at this type of establishment. It felt more like an apartment versus a hotel which was very nice. The area this particular place is situated can get very loud at night. They do supply you with earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall a cool experience.

    Great location very near a station on the train line that goes to the airport, which made it super easy to get around. The area has lots of bars and cafes so there was lots to do in the evenings. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed. I always appreciate a well equipped kitchen with a proper kettle. Very comfy bed.

    Very nice, prefer this to regular hotel

    Stayed for one night while in Denver. Very nice property, super clean. Easy instructions to follow and street parking was very easy. The two bedroom we stayed in didnā€™t have full walls in the bedrooms- the walls went most of the way to the ceiling but had gap of several feet at the top which is just good to know. Common space small but functional.

    Great property/wonderful stay

    Very safe, beautiful view, good directions on access to the property. Beautiful inside and very modern. The TVā€™s connection to the internet had to be updated but it did not take long for the nice, young woman came to fix it. We had to compete with neighborhood parking to grab a parking spot, but luckily nabbed a close one. Kids were able to ride e-scooters and e-bikes for about 2 miles away from the property and back-having lots of fun-going to a concert and then the 16th Street mall.

    Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldnā€™t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didnā€™t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great location for our needs.

    Very pleased

    I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access.

    Comfortable one bedroom, extremely clean. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and bedding. Nice touches with coffee set up, desk, table and chairs and shower products. Also the lockers they provided for early arrivals or late departures were a lifesaver! Thank you! As others mention, walls are thin however itā€™s not a deal breaker. They provided ear plugs. Take your sound machine or use your white noise mobile app and youā€™ll be fine. Walking distance to many nice restaurants, breweries, bars etc.

    We were given sheets with multiple peoples hair and blood on the sheetsā€¦..We slept on top of the blankets. we also found random hair balls around the apartment. Definitely needs to be cleaned more often.

    the property is a brand new building. Good location to train station. Easy transport to downtown Denver and airport. there were a couple of small quirks but nothing worth mentioning. There were a few restaurants in the neighbourhood but next time I would probably stay downtown Denver. Lots more Shops, stores, restaurants, etc. spent a lot of time on the train. Spent most of our time downtown.

    New refurbished apartment with all the necessary equipment. In an area that is a 10 min walk from 2 train lines. The bus route is only once every hour from what I could tell. The apartment has a glaring design flaw, the bedrooms are not completely enclosed. There is a massive opening above the wall adjoining the passage, combined with the sliding doors that leave large spaces there is about as much privacy as a school toulet stall (i.e. virtually none at all!). If you are a family, or more than just a couple and if you intend to be able to have a private conversation nevermind anything more intimate, skip this place.

    So the place is built very cheaply so you can hear everything, (neighbors, cars, walking) also the bedroom walls are not floor to ceiling so it makes it difficult to talk in your room if you have guests and watching tv is impossible if you have guests resting. The cleaning service had only cleaned 1/3 of the place when we arrived at 4 our check in time. No paper towels, floors were wet and dirty and the bedroom closest to the bathroom has a leak under the subflooring as you can hear it when you walk. Yikes!!!

    Not worth the Cost

    The location was great. The property was not, they only had three towels and one hand towel for an apartment that sleeps six! The ā€œessentialsā€ cabinet had nothing in it. The earplugs on all the beds should have been an indicator of what to expect. You could hear all the neighbors, so much noise sleeping was terrible. The whole building smelled like garbage the entire time. The AC/heat worked well so that was nice.. there are way better options in the area for the price we paid.
