The house 50 meters from the sea is immersed in the greenery of the Capitana Village, a tourist area in southern Sardinia. Furnished in a sober but tasteful way. Rear garden with barbecue for your summer dinners, outdoor shower, deck chairs, where you can enjoy the sun, a perfect relaxation area. Here the air is clean, the blue sky and the air smells of the sea. Within walking distance restaurant, pizzeria, market, night club and bus stop.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor garden, entrance, lounge,
kitchen, bathroom, and beyond a porch with garden suitable for lunch.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds, a second bathroom with shower, and a sun terrace.
The amenities of the house, kitchen fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine. In the dining room there is a 32 "TV. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and fans for air circulation. The house is suitable for the needs of families or groups of friends, in a welcoming and familiar place with many other services offered by the owner, such as a refreshing welcome drink. Linen, gas and electricity costs are included.
Reservations for 4/5 guests are accepted, reservations for 6 adults are not accepted.

tolles Reihenhaus in Strandnähe

Sehr gemütliches Reihenhaus mit drei Terrassen und zwei Bädern, perfekt für eine Familie. Sehr ruhige Lage, abgesehen von Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft. Je nach Sonnenstand liegt immer eine Terrasse im Schatten, perfekt im Hochsommer. Die beiden Strände sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Steinstrand, der aber kaum zum Verweilen einlädt und ein sehr schmaler wunderschöner Sandstrand bzw Bucht, die perfekt zum Baden ist. Man kann da aber nur baden, es ist praktisch kein Platz zum Liegen da, weil die Grundstücke bis unmittelbar ans Meer reichen. Also ein super Ausgangspunkt um den Südosten von Sardinien zu erkunden.

Schöner Urlaub auf Sardinien

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Anreise war durch eine Verspätung der Fähre viel später als gedacht. Antonio war sehr flexibel und hat uns auch spät mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk empfangen. Ein Missverständnis mit der Bettwäsche war fix geklärt. Die Bettwäsche/Handtücher muss mit 15 EUR pro Set zugebucht werden. Durch einen Übersetzungsfehler "Bettwäsche wird bereitgestellt" haben wir das nicht gewusst und mussten sie noch nachbuchen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist etwas altmodisch mit viel Charme, ein paar keinere Schönheitsreparaturen könnten aber vorgenommen werden. Z.B. die Ventilatoren erneuern oder ein Fliegengitter an das Kinderzimmer separat anbringen, damit man das Fenster auch offen lassen kann. Geschlossen ist ein Netz dran. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok. Ein scharfes Messer und großes Brett wäre schön, wenn es ergänzt wird. Sonst ist alles in vielfacher Menge vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine läuft super und es gibt 2 Leinen. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Meer ist sehr nah. Dort ist es steinig (runde Steine, flach reingehend), das Wasser ist super klar. Ein bisschen weiter gibt es einen kleinen Sandstrand. Eine Liegefläche ist über das Wasser erreichbar. Auf einer Mauer können die Badesachen abgestellt werden. Wir haben die Strände in der Region erkundet, waren viel unterwegs. Deswegen haben uns die kleineren Macken nicht gestört. Antonio ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Soggiorno Appartamento Capitana

Soggiorno piacevole l’appartamento è molto confortevole ed in buona posizione, pochi minuti da Cagliari e vicino a superstrada x raggiungere in poco tempo le spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius. Un ringraziamento al proprietario Sig.Antonio, gentilissimo.

Stupendo !

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti presso la casa del sig. Antonello. Il proprietario è persona squisita e assolutamente affidabile. La casa è arredata in stile datato ma accogliente e funzionale. Le dotazioni sono tutte efficienti e funzionanti. Il condizionatore non c'è ma è assolutamente superfluo. La posizione così vicino al mare rende l'ambiente ventilato e fresco . Il proprietario si è premurato di lasciare materiale di consumo necessario. La posizione è strategica perchè si riescono a raggiungere comodamente e velocemente tutte le spiaggie migliori della costa sud est. Quartu Sant'Elena è a 10 minuti di strada e Cagliari a 20. Ci sono i bus comodi che portano a tutte le spiagge fino a Villasimius. Che dire, Vacanza agevole e stupenda . Consigliato a tutti. i nostri sentiti ringraziamenti al sig. Mureddu

Pros. It is a very spacious property in a quiet, nice residential area (except next doors dog barking). The rooms are a very good size and there is a lovely garden at the front. It’s close to the sea, you can walk to the rock beach in 2 mins and the sand beach 7 mins. Grocery shops and restaurants were close by car. Antonia is also very pleasant. Cons. The whole place needs some updating and TLC. We felt like we were back in the 70’S with the decor and crockery etc. The biggest con is that there is no air conditioning (when booking it was clear there wasn’t but indicated it was not necessary with fans etc). With average temps at night of 24-26 degrees and daily temperature of 36-40 it was so necessary and at times it was unbearably hot so we could not sleep. Also amenities such as an electric kettle/toaster were not available and we were met with surprise when we asked for them. Also note no WiFi which was a problem for our teenage son, not for us! Again this is not advertised as being available. Overall a lovely place to stay but if you are staying in the summer months be prepared for very hot days and nights and to go back in time a little!
