La Casagran is situated in a privileged setting, at the crossroads between three transhumance routes and which was once the ancient royal route through the area. It is a very old building with the first records dating back to the 13th Century. It was originally used as a hostel for the transhumance and merchants that passed through here. From the 14th to 1728 Casagran was used as the Jury Council of Lluçanés.
Today, the house has been fully restored, preserving its original structure and is an ideal place from which to discover the areas of Lluçanès, which is important for its Romanesque art, found throughout its towns and villages, especially in Oristà and Lluçà. Situated 20 km from Vic, an interesting tourist town because of its markets, museums, culture, etc…, 80 km from Barcelona and 70 km from the ski resorts. It is also a very good starting off point for excursions to Montserrat, Núria and Andorra.
The house has dinnig-room with living-room where there is the fireplace, there is the kitchen totally equipped, 2 triple rooms and 4 double rooms all of them with private bathroom. In the main floor there is another living room and one playroom. Ouside the house you can find the porch where there is the barbecue, the chill-out zone, the private swimming pool and the garden with some swings and trampoline. There is wifi in all the house.
