About this property

The La Indiana House I and II are located in the quiet village of Porrúa (Llanes Council) and will make you taste the rural atmosphere in one of the most charming places in the East of Asturias.

Both houses have been rehabilitated in 2003 while retaining the rural style of stone and wood, all in order to offer a warm welcome in which comfort and comfort will come first. Each house is independent, each having its own decoration, very careful, and offering beautiful views of the Sierra del Cuera.

The houses are full rental per house and the total capacity of the two is 16 people, The Indiana I can be for 10 or 8 people and The Indiana II for 6 or 4. Both have two floors, all rooms have private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room, plus a room with washing machine.

It is ideal for families since right in front of the house there is a platform (without swings) for children to play, as well as there are public barbecues to enjoy the good weather.

Fin de semana perfecto

Fuimos una cuadrilla de amigos a pasar el fin de semana con el objetivo de hacer el descenso del sella (muy aconsejable y adecuado para todo tipo de edades). Lorena una chica majisima nos dio todo tipo de información de donde comer y el medio de transporte (a tan sólo 5 minutos en coche esta llanes). La estancia en la casa fue muy buena, a destacar que en cada habitación hay un baño y que al ir tanta gente no hubo ningún problema ni se formaron colas en el momento de las duchas. Nos dejaron leche de vaca y unas pastas para comer. Un placer la verdad :)

Días geniales en Casa La Indiana

Pasamos una Semana Santa genial, excelente la limpieza de la Casa y sobresaliente en equipamiento,calefacción y sobre todo en el trato. Nos aconsejaron sobre que visitar, donde comer, comprar y en particular sobre todo lo relativo a Porrúa. Ahoara estoy comiendo un excelente yogur de allí con unas fresas. Gracias por todo

Lo pasamos muy bien, la casa es para recomendarla

Solemos viajar a Asturias bastante, ya que nos encanta! esta vez el viaje lo hacíamos junto a otras dos parejas con niños pequeños. Fui yo la que me responsabilicé de buscar la casa y la verdad es que acerté, muy cómoda, con todo lo que necesitas, en el centro del pueblo, nos encantó! la verdad es que nos hizo muy bueno, así que nos movimos mucho y aprovechamos poco la casa... además está muy bien ubicada para visitar un montón de sitios interesantes. Fuimos en abril y los propietarios nos tenían la calefacción encendida, que sobre todo para por la noche y las duchas se agradece, incluso pasamos calor arriba, ya que el termostato está a la entrada y cada vez que abres la puerta salta. El tener baño en cada habitación es genial, primero por la privacidad que te da y luego para ir más ágiles por la mañana con tanta gente y tantos niños. La verdad es que repetiremos si nos volvemos a juntar las tres familias!

Repetiremos

Hemos ido de vacaciones la familia al completo y estamos muy contentos con el resultado. La casa estaba muy bien equipada, distribuida y limpia. Todo estaba preparado cuando llegamos y nos encantó la idea de que cada habitación tuviese su baño. También hemos de destacar que se nos olvidó una prenda y tuvieron el gran detalle de hacérnoslo llegar a nuestro domicilio. Sin duda repetiremos! Muchas gracias por todo, Myriam y Ruben,
