Located a few steps from Porta Adriana, where the pedestrian area of the historic center starts, brand new apartment with private parking space, located on the ground floor in a small building of only 4 residential units. The apartment has been recently furnished in a modern and functional way. On the ground floor you will find a large dining room with table 6 seats, living room with sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4 burners, large pantry, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning, independent heating, unlimited free wifi connection.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one single with three single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

From Porta Adriana, an area that borders the pedestrian area, you can access the main UNESCO World Heritage monuments. In Ravenna you will find 8 of them.
Continuing through the historic center you will be fascinated by the bars, shops, bars, wine bars and typical restaurants that will tease your palate.
The area is not limited to traffic, so it is easily accessible by setting the correct address on your browser.
On the road a few meters away you will find every kind of service, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, takeaway and various shops.
In case of arrival by train, Ravenna station is about 1 km from the apartment. You can get there on foot in about 15 minutes passing through the historic center or take a taxi for around € 10.
