This contemporary villa, full foot, in perfect condition, pleasant to live, you will spend great moments of relaxation. Living room very sunny by large windows, facing southwest, which open onto a large wooden terrace and landscaped garden. Living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV with DVD, fully equipped open kitchen (new appliances and sink), attached cellar.
A corridor leads you to the 'night' part: 3 bedrooms, one with a bed 160, the other two 140, bedside tables and large closets

Super séjour dans cette maison moderne de plein pied hyper agréable à vivre et très bien équipée! Tout le matériel à disposition pour un séjour avec un bébé. C’était parfait!

Très agréable maison, confortable, très bien équipée avec un grand espace extérieur, dans un environnement très calme, autant d'éléments que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Balades et découvertes de l'île très faciles à partir de sa localisation au Vieil.

Maison dans charmante résidence, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Magnifique jardin. Parfait pour lire et se détendre. À proximité immédiate du joli village du Vieil et proche des plages ainsi que des commerces de Noirmoutier à vélo !

Maison au calme proche de la mer

A 5 mn à pied de la plage . Maison parfaitement équipée. Belle superficie et beau jardin très agréable avec de nombreux transats pour se détendre . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Une maison bien aménagée et très bien située pour se promener et aller à la plage à pied. Le jardin est également très agréable pour profiter de belles journées ensoleillées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cette location.

Strict minimum.

Pour un prix tel que celui proposé par la propriétaire, on pourrait s’attendre à avoir ce petit truc en plus. Hormis le fait que nous ne rencontrons jamais ladite propriétaire, la procédure d’arrivée est assurée par sa charmante amie dont le rôle est de vous donner les clefs avec gentillesse, mais… rien de plus. À noter également que vous disposez d’un « book » qui vous explique « les règles de la maison ». Attention ici, on vous tarifie le forfait ménage ET le forfait literie en plus moyennant frais supplémentaires conséquents, pour ensuite recevoir une demande d’argent en plus car les conteneurs à poubelle extérieurs ne sont pas vidés. De plus, le contact avec la propriétaire est d’une froideur incroyable, vous recevez un texto la veille pour vous demander à quelle heure vous partez mais que ça ce soit bien passé ou non, ça elle s’en moque. Par contre pour essayer de récupérer quelques euros par ci par là aucun problème. Bref, en conclusion, un bel endroit mais bien trop cher pour la prestation, très peu de contact avec la propriétaire sauf quand il s’agit d’argent.

Maison très agréable près de la mer

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, avec une belle terrasse et un jardin très bien entretenu. La cuisine est très bien équipée ! C'était un plaisir d'y séjourner.
