Parfait !!

Quiet, convenient apartment

Communication with Margalida was excellent and a minor housekeeping problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Property was comfortable, clean and contained everything we needed. Plentiful on street parking available. Quiet residential neighbourhood, a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The addition of a cafetiere or filter jug would be helpful.

Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment and would happily book again. The house is clean and there is always welcome essentials from the hostess. Would not hesitate to recommend the property to others

Logement très bien placé (plages, commerces) et très propre. Le rez de chaussé et la terrasse, idéal pour profiter de la piscine. Système d'accueil et départ flexible. Propriétaire disponible et attentionnée ( plateau petit déjeuner à notre arrivée) Un très grand merci pour ces vacances inoubliables

Logement idéal pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de super vacances chez Margalida. Son logement est très confortable, bien situé, la résidence est calme avec une piscine agréable et on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Margalida est très disponible si nécessaire. On reviendra pour nos prochaines vacances à Mallorque!

Great holiday

Property in a lovely location, just a short walk to the far end of the bay, for us the nicest part of the beach. Pool also very nice at this property. Apartment itself pleasant, very practical with little utility room including washing machine and dishwasher. Also extra shower room/ toilet downstairs.Some furnishings a little outdated but all functional; only 2 seater sofa in lounge; would benefit from better blinds/curtains in bedrooms and better quality mattress protectors- plastic coated so noisy and hot. Enjoyed being on ground floor near pool, lovely little seating area. Spiral staircase quite narrow so wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties or issues lifting heavy bags up this . Great air conditioning throughout, large wardrobes in both bedrooms. 1 bedroom a standard double bed the other 2x single beds. Overall great holiday and location and as a family of 3 incl 1 x10 year old child appartment served our needs well.

Absolutely fabulous

Lovely duplex apartment, perfect for three of us but easily accommodate four. Air conditioning was a great asset, the pool just outside the rear patio was clean and warm. Well equipped throughout and the host was super helpful. Loved the location - 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of the port. 5* and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great apartment

Excellent apartment, with a superb location at the quiet end of Puerto Pollensa just a short hop to the beach. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with very effective air conditioning, and a nice pool immediately outside. We would happily return.

Very clean and in good order. Near to beach.

Very pleased with cleanliness of apartment. Plenty of wardrobe hanging and drawer space. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning excellent. All items listed were there and all workable. Communication with owner excellent and we were met at the apartment when we arrived. No delay in getting keys. Sadly we were not able to enjoy sitting outside as there was a lot of insects and we were bitten quite a lot. Must have been one of those times when they all arrived so had to keep windows and doors closed.

Lovely property, great location

Property is ideal for a family of 3 - 4 , with a nice pool. Location is perfect, on the quieter side of port de pollenca, but with some great restaurants nearby. Communication with our host Vicky was perfect, she was always quick to respond to messages. Have no hesitation in booking this property.

100 meters from the beach with easy parking

Great location, two upstairs bedrooms accessed by spiral staircase... both bedrooms are air conditioned. Downstairs isn’t air conditioned but wasn’t bad in June. Nice pool! But with beautiful sandy beach that close, we never used the pool. Patio with a table plus chairs from in the laundry room made for relaxing breakfast. Great restaurants in town, Eu Moll 37 and Ambrosia were both very nice and affordable. Grocery store is located a few roundabouts north, plus a small market on the beach road in easy walking distance. If you’re staying more than a few days buy extra toilet paper, and don’t forget your washcloth / soap / shampoo. Overall I would definitely stay here again!
