The Villa itself has been split into two parts ‘La Parra Grande and La Parra Pequena’. La Pequena was built as a lower self-contained additional Villa adjoining to La Parra Grande (With La Grande being the slightly higher and much bigger Villa). The Villas can be rented together or separately. Access to both villas is via a gate which can be locked or unlocked depending on request.

La Grande has a large open-plan kitchen/breakfast area with an induction hob, microwave, double oven, American style fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher plus adjoining utility room with washing machine.
The main entrance and hallways are spacious with an additional toilet room. There is a separate lounge room with satellite TV and a dining room; both have wood burning fires and each lead onto the outside area. Off of these rooms there is a large veranda and terrace area with a private pool (8m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) Tables, chairs, sofas, BBQ, umbrellas and sun loungers. The other side of the villa there is a large shady courtyard area with a trampoline and there table tennis table.
Leading off of the hall way are 4 bedrooms. The master suite is very spacious with a King Size bed, a sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom which has a large terrace with sea views. There is a double bedroom, with a seating area (which has an additional bed in) and an ensuite bathroom. A twin bedroom with an ensuite and 1 decent size bunk beds room. All bedrooms have amazing views to the village of Frigiliana and mountains.

The Villa has a private driveway with electric gates.

La Parra Pequena has its very own self-contained open plan kitchen/living area. The Kitchen has it’s own hob, oven, microwave and fridge (Washing machine and Freezer in outside utility cupboard). The Living area has 2 sofas and a Satellite TV. The living area has patio doors which open into the large private terraced and pool area which also has incredible views of the sea, mountains and Village. La Pequena has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin room and 1 main bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
