Cuando hice la reserva me dijeron que tenía que ir a por las llaves a las oficinas, que estaban a 20 minutos en bus del apartamento (cosa que no ponía en el anuncio). Apenas contestaban los mensajes. Y para colmo me cancelaron la reserva porque supuestamente han vendido el apartamento (en el anuncio no ponía nada de que esto pudiese pasar y no sé hasta qué punto es legal) No recomiendo esta empresa para nada, me parece una falta de seriedad y respeto sus acciones.

Bonjour a l arrivé fourmis et cafars fuite d eau au niveau des toilettes reclamation des voisins pour la fuite ,travaux pendant notre sejour,panne électrique au niveau du conteur,intervention electricien et plombier pendant notre sejours visite de l assurance et du propriétaire, manque des estencils de cuisine et prises mural ne fonctionne plus haute et four ne fonctionne plus ,maivaise odeur dans la salle de bain coupure d eau général pendant notre absence par un plombier , matelas non confortable des daps salle,des vacances pouris une mauvaise expérience
