Terrace with very nice views of the city of Madrid.

-Space: Explanation of your route.
You access the apartment and you are directly in the kitchen area. You follow a small corridor that connects with the living - dining room. From the living-dining room you have the entrance to the bedroom and also to the open terrace. Through the bedroom you enter the bathroom and also a small covered terrace (converted into a laundry area) and where there is also another access to the open terrace.
Living room - Dining room: With a double sofa bed and dining table with two chairs.
TV, white wardrobe for clothes.
System of automatic closing of blinds through command and white panels to cover blinds and door of the area of the terrace.
Open terrace with outdoor table and chairs, with awning with automatic system.
Plants with automatic irrigation system.
.Separate bedroom, with bathroom with shower en suite and double bed. It has a very practical space to place suitcases or other items, located on the top of the wall where the bed is. In front of the bedroom there is access to a small covered terrace with window with views. In this space it is located in the laundry area.

I-) General - Arrival and Departure
-The whole apartment is rented.
-I will receive the guests the first day to deliver the keys and clarify any questions.
-The last day I will do the check out in person and verify that everything is in good condition.
-A short temporary rental contract will be signed upon arrival to formalize the process. Basically it is that you take care of the apartment and do not make an inappropriate use of it ...
II) Expense of electricity, water, internet.
If the reservation is for (27 days to 1 month ) you will be asked to pay additional expenses for supplies of electricity, water and Internet . This is 100 euros / month.
You can pay the day of entry into cash or pay through the portal, if so, you should add 100 euros at the reservation plus commission of Homeaway.

III) Check-in After 9 pm or before 2 pm.
-The entrance is from 2:00 pm, if the apartment is ready and available, you may be able to enter before the time. please to ask.
-If you want to enter after 9:00 pm, it is also possible. It is possible to have a charge for the entry of 20 euros. If it is more than 23:00 hours would be 30 euros.
