The building is located near the La Spezia Centrale train station (5 minutes on foot), from where trains leave for the Cinque Terre. A few hundred meters away are the historic center of the city and the port, where the ferry terminal for navigation and the connection with the coastal towns of the Gulf of La Spezia is located.
In the area there are various commercial activities such as bars, tobacconists, supermarkets, bakeries, fruit and vegetables, newsagents, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants.
The main public transport stops are located near the apartment.
Parking in the streets surrounding the house is subject to a charge, at a cost of 0.75 € / cent per hour, from 08:00 to 20:00, and is free on Sundays and holidays. The closest free parking lots are located in Via Monfalcone, near the municipal swimming pool "2 Giugno", and in Piazza D'Armi, respectively 200 and 250 meters away from the house.
