Sea view, 50 meters from the Viareggio promenade and close to the pine forest, in a class context. 110 square meters with 3 spacious bedrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen, small terrace, 2 bathrooms, space for shared bicycles.
The apartment is located in the best residential area of Viareggio. Near the sea (50 meters) and the pine forest (just cross the road) and near the city center (five minutes on foot). The area during the night is very quiet.
The apartment is close to the sea and the pine forest. The supermarket is within walking distance. It is therefore not necessary to move by car. However, the area is served by public transport (buses). Two bicycles can be made available on request.
