DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is completely renovated up to date.
You will find a vintage chic decor and all the comforts for a pleasant holiday.

THE GARDEN and the SWIMMING POOL: is raised and flowery, its surface is of 865m2. You will enjoy a private terrace equipped with a barbecue, a table and its chairs as well as your outdoor sofa and its coffee table. You park your vehicle in front of the house.
You have access to the swimming pool of the family, with its ideal underwater bench to cool off, its terrace, its deckchairs and its armchairs. The pool is treated with oxygen, less aggressive for sensitive people and children.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and open to the living room (total area about 22m2): vintage buffet, table and chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, hob, all utensils and kitchen appliances. (coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

THE LIVING ROOM is cozy: sofa bed type sofa bed, storage, coffee table, air conditioning.

THE ROOM is spacious about 13m2: bed 140x190, large dressing room

THE ROOM Of WATER: shower, washbasin, TOILET, tidying up, necessary cleaning.

Total living area 37 m2, all windows overlook the garden.

DATES: weekly rental from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 11 am

BOOKING: the reservation will be confirmed by email after receipt of the rental agreement and payment of the deposit

STATE OF THE LOCATIONS: The cottage and its exteriors are clean on arrival and must be made clean. We do not use any polluting or allergenic household products and prefer natural products both for the maintenance of the house and its exteriors. The apartment is NON-SMOKING. The house is placed in the care of our two big dogs canine, also, we do not welcome other animals, even small.

OPTIONS:
Cleaning service: In order to free you from any worries, a cleaning at the end of your stay is offered at the price of 35 euros.
For your toddlers, we will put at your disposal free of charge: high chair, cot and bath.
For bike lovers: workshop stand and tools available free of charge.

THE LITTLE PLUS: Yohann will show you the hiking trails, the nice little spots by the river and the areas where to taste the wines of the St Chinian region (Roquebrun, Berloux), Faugères ... It will help you adjust your bikes.
