This delightful bungalow boasts a lovely coastal interior, sunny south-facing garden and closeness to the coast path, beach and the heart of St Davids.

St Davids pet friendly holiday cottage offering excellent value for money in a superb location, within easy walking distance to the heart of St Davids and the beach at Caerfai. A superb location for beach lovers, surfers, walkers and families.

Set in a quiet cul de sac with private parking, Yn y Ty has an enclosed sunny south-facing rear garden. The Coastal Path and sandy Caerfai Beach are just a 5 minute walk away.

The private garden and terrace is accessed directly from the living room, the perfect spot for some al fresco dining or a chilled glass or two.

With two boutique bedrooms, a large living room with cosy log burning stove, shower room, well-equipped kitchen and enclosed patio to the rear with garden furniture, Yn y Ty is a great base set in a quiet area for exploring this stunning part of North Pembrokeshire.

St Davids boast a number wonderful eating places – all just a short walk away. For those guests bringing a furry friend they may like to know that both of the pubs in the St Davids are dog friendly. There are galleries selling original Pembrokeshire art, a farmers’ market and the magnificent St Davids Cathedral to explore.

Yn y Ty is all on one level – there is just 1 step up to access the property. Walk through your holiday front door into the hallway where all rooms are located from. There are 2 bedrooms – 1 Double, 1 Zip & Link bed (please request at time of booking how you would like this set up).

1 Family Shower Room with walk in shower (1 step up), toilet and wash handbasin and heated towel rail.

The sunny living room has patio doors opening onto the outside patio area. There are two sofas and a log burning stove for cosy nights in.

The kitchen has all you need for your holiday meals – gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Cot and Highchair are available – please request at time of booking.
There is private parking for 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the property

Dogs
One well behaved dog is welcome at an extra charge of £25 per dog.

Enjoy alfresco meals on the secluded paved rear garden area.

A pleasant stay

This is a well built and appointed property with excellent access to St David's and North Pembrokeshire generally. The lounge furniture was adequate, the kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were very high standard. The drive is tricky if your car is on the large side and parking on the roadside appears to be frowned upon. An easy walk down to the centre of St David's; Solva a short drive; a good walk down to Caer Fai bay. CK's supermarket is well stocked and friendly. Excellent heating system and a very high standard of cleanliness. Wrap around garden is pleasant, well-equipped and dog secure. Very good information pack. We had a great holiday and would love to return at some time.

Lovely property in a great location, everything you need for a perfect getaway, garden is enclosed and a good size for children to be safe and enjoy and log burner was perfect for the chilly nights

The parking wasn’t very easy owing to the odd angle of the gate too the opposite pavement.only a small nitpick over all a great place to say

Yn y Ty is in great location in St.Davids, just 5 minute walk to the centre with all the shops, pubs & restaurants and 10 minute walk to beautiful Caerfai beach. The owners have recently lovingly re-furbished the property - its log burning stove, boutique bedrooms and modern kitchen make it such a fabulous place to stay, and there's the added benefit of parking!

PARKING - to have your own parking space in St.Davids is great - no need to worry about moving the car or topping up the parking meter.
