Welcome to our beautiful house in Porthleven which has amazing sea views and lots of space for all the family, including your furry companions!

The house is a short stroll to the beach and the centre of the village of Porthleven, with many restaurants to choose from, as well as being moments away from the South West Coast Path.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer, a microwave and even a slow cooker if you fancy preparing a meal before going out and exploring all day.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in the lounge, internet access and a variety of books which you can enjoy during your stay. There is a large garden and a private patio area as well as a balcony off the lounge to enjoy the warm Cornish climate.

This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.

The house is over three floors, with the lounge, kitchen-diner and snug being on the middle floor to take advantage of the captivating views. There is also a toilet on this floor for your convenience.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor:
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. This room also has access to the garden.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is a family bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.

On the top floor you will find the Master bedroom with a super king bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
