An external staircase leads to the first floor, 70 m2: 2 terraces equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs; 1st double bedroom; 2nd double bedroom; III° bedroom with 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms; Other kitchen-living room.

EXCLUDED FROM THE COSTS and will be paid in cash at the property:

Energy consumption €50.00 per night;
Souvenir tourist tax is paid at the property. €0.50 per night per person (except children under 12 years old).
Bed linen and towels are extra and you can rent them or provide them yourself (rent €15.00 per person).
Animals are NOT allowed.
€900.00 will be required as a deposit and will be returned upon check-out if there is no damage.

- In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days with a thousand tastings of the typical and local products of our land. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :)
