About this property

Our lovely home is a 5 minute walk to both the beautful sandy Frankfort beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown Frankfort. We have 4 beautiful bedrooms, full kitchen and living areas plus a large backyard with patio for eating outside. It is newly remodeled and accommodates 10 people. The house is a perfect house for enjoying the local activities and is an easy drive to Crystal Mountain for skiing and Sleeping Bear Dunes for beautiful vistas and hiking.

Long weekend

We love Fankfort -- walkable, charming, easy to navigate and so many nice streets to stroll down. This house is right in the location to walk to everything you need. It has great spaces to gather and to separate, and a lovely outdoor seating area too. Definitely would stay again

Reunion

Friends stayed in the home for a sorority reunion and everything worked out great. The location was perfect for us. We actually hope to plan another reunion for next year and we hope the location will be available.

Another great stay on Winnebago Street!

This is our 2nd year in this rental. The property itself is great and close to the beach with a short walk to downtown. The house is roomy with both floors so everyone has plenty of space. Since last summer, the upstairs bathroom has been remodeled with a great shower and the back deck has been expanded. The owner, Andrew, has always been very responsive. Would definitely rent here again!

Why they chose this property

This house is located in Frankfort near the beach, the town and newly updated. It is very comfortable and very relaxing. From the front door you can hear the waves crash on the beach of Lake Michigan. It is less than a 5 min walk to the beach and the sane distance to the lovely downtown.

What makes this property unique

It's location and lovely home. It is just steps from the beautiful beaches and you can grab a bike a ride from the house and ride along the beautiful bike patches. It is also only 20 minutes from crystal mountain and 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes.
