Woodlands House is a beautiful detached converted Barn, next to the owner's home, in the village of South Clifton, between Lincoln and Newark. With two double bedrooms: the master bedroom on the ground floor plus an additional large bedroom with a double and a single bed upstairs, it sleeps five. There is also a bathroom with a power shower over the bath, a fitted kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The property has underfloor heating. Outside there is plenty of off road parking and also garden. Woodlands House is THE SAME PRICE ALL YEAR ROUND £98.00 per night for the whole house (sleeps up to 5 people) minimum 3 night stay. It benefits from open countryside surrounding it with Lincoln / Newark only 15 mins away.

Great place for quiet family stay

We (2 adults and a baby) had a lovely getaway in rural surroundings. The property is extremely pleasant and is a great base for exploring Notts and Lincolnshire.

Lovely quiet break.

I would highly recommend this property for friends,family and it’s even suitable for someone with limited mobility due to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom with ramp. The best of both worlds as it is quiet and secluded but only a short drive from Newark and Lincoln. There is also a Co op within 10 minutes for supplies if you are being reclusive and detaching from society for a few days.

Brilliant!

Really smashing cottage, with excellent television, well stocked kitchen and mega comfortable beds. Very reasonable price too. Wouldn’t hesitate in a return!
